Every time I have gone in there I have received little to no help. Its almost like you have to force them to take your money. I missed a ride because I needed the connector for my license plate light. I went in and they couldnt find it on he parts diagram. We Went out and looked at my bike- guy kept insisting it was an aftermarket tail light assy. I repeatedly told him that it was an aftermarket light in a factory assy. He told me I was wrong. First guy just kept telling me I was wrong. I even offered to buy a completely new assy (factory or aftermarket) as I really wanted to make this ride, but he told me he didnt have anything on the shelf he would order it. He didnt even look it up. I walked over to the parts on the racks and there they were, everything I needed to make it work. I was so pissed I just left. He couldve charged me $1000 and I wouldve gladly paid if he was just even slightly helpful. Frustrated I went back to my shop, pulled the light out, got the HD PN off the assy and googled. I had the correct PN in less than 30 seconds. I Went the following Monday and they had 20 something on the shelf. It feels like going to an expensive auto parts store when you go there. They dont actually know anything about bikes, seem like they dont want to be there and act like youre bothering them when youre trying to throw cash at them. They should be commission based, maybe they would try a little harder. There was one guy, he was younger, skinny and had dark hair- that guy was very helpful and willing, I wish I knew his name as he seems to be the only one there that understands customer service. Fast forward to today- I call to make an appointment to get the front tire changed on my Road King. Im greeted by a really nice lady who transfers me. I get her again. She apologizes and tries again. This time I get through and the guy answers the phone annoyed and mumbling so I dont know his name. I tell him Id like to make an appt. to have my tire changed. He says "ok". Long awkward pause. I say I have the tire I just need it put on. He says "$89.00". I say, "ok, can I bring it in around lunch on Thursday and pick it up Friday afternoon?" He says "yeah." Another awkward pause. I say "Do you need my name or anythi" and click- he hangs up. I thought about calling back to be sure I had a spot reserved but I think Ill just do it myself Sat. The only reason you get two stars instead of one is because of the nice young guy and the receptionist. It seems the only things you guys are interested in selling are t-shirts to hardcore outlaw biker accountants.

Had a new back tire put on my road king before a trip. Got to Florida and had a flat. Also noticed my muffler about to fall off where it was not properly tightened . Spent 5 hours at the Harley shop. Was told they could find no leak other that the schrader valve leaking. No tire or tube puncture so a faulty tube. I realize this cant be helped but the loose muffler could be. And what about refunding the money for the tube. What about the 5 hours of my vacation I spent at the shop. Did they check it or leaks? Reported this to the service department guy and he promised a follow up phone call from the service manager. Im thinking the guy who left my muffler loose needs some coaching. $139 bucks at the Harley shop in PCB and I am riding again. Its the same distance to Dalton from Rome so I would take care of my customers a little better. The folks in PCB called me the next day to make sure I didnt have any problems. You cant even call me when I have a problem? Really?

Ive purchased from 3 different dealerships around the metro area and this was by far the best experience Ive had. In all the other cases, the salesmen were great but the sales manager left me bitter for one reason or another, making it so that I would never buy at those places again. Here, Cesar was amazing and that made all the difference in my overall experience. I cant say enough about him. Salesman Eric was great and has followed up with me several times and Stephanie in finance made sure to get me the best deal. The only downside is this dealer is so far from my home that it isnt feasible for me to use the service department, but I would definitely recommend buying from there. Cesar should train other sales managers at all the dealers because he is a pro at customer service and making the customer feel special, which is seriously lacking at other dealers.

I went in to Harley Davidson of Cartersville looking to trade my 2010 Honda Gold Wing. I have not bought yet but, I want to say that Ty Phillips and his sales staff pulled out all the stops and did everything possible short of taking a huge loss on the sale to put me on this bike. I have bought a lot of vehicles but never have I had a sales team try so hard to be as fair as they were with me. Ty kudos to you and your team you guys impressed me with your professionalism and genuine thoughtfulness you all showed me. I will tell everyone I know how hard everyone worked to get and keep my business, very rare in your industry. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Nice store. Good selection. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Excellent clothing. Gorgeous bikes. Decent location. Acceptable hours. Frequent events. I think thats more than enough two word sentences to describe the place. Seriously though, we stop here frequently on our way through Georgia both on the bike and in the car. Bought our Harley here. Weve been very pleased and we stop in frequently to use their restroom. We also end up buying clothes frequently because they have really nice clothes that look good on women who dont have model figures. They have clothes that flatter a variety of normal shapes. So yeah, love this place!

If you accidently leave something on your bike turned on and your battery runs down, these people will charge you not $10 to charge it, not $20, not $30, not $40, but $50 fuhhhh Q dollars to charge your battery! If you were in parts store parking lot (ie OReillys or other like business) they would charge it for free! I would have gladly paid $10, but $50?!?! This dealership is not a friend to bikers, they just want to be friends with whats in your back pocket. A kick in the nuts and we were on our way. You can shop there all you want but, my face they will never see again! . FUHHHHHH Q Cartersville!

Bought my 3rd Harley from them last Friday (this one for the wife) They did not have the color I wanted and within 20 minutes found one and had it on the way. You would be a fool to buy from any other dealer. The service department is beyond compare. In the last year I have had 4 friends buy from them and they beat beat the price of one Harley by 2000.00 dollars on the first offer. They want customers for life! I ride past 2 other dealers to get to them and would never buy or have service done by any other dealer.
