First and foremost words at this point may not express my first encounter with Cycle Works - I am new the the motorcycle world and when I tell you I have called, physically went in, talked in person to those representatives and service members at particular motorcycle repair shops and business all I got was "We cant help you" "Your bike is to old" or the famous yes we may assist but it will cost you this that and the other but no explanation in why the part(s) and/or service needed to be done - however the establishment I work at 2 of our clients expressed to me, "Have I contacted Cycle Works in Carrollton" I told the gentleman, No, I have not because at this point I honestly wanted to give up and just try You Tube Videos to assist me - well I called and spoke to Mr. Joe and from the time he answer the call - he introduced himself very professionally - he was very patient with me and understood I was a new rider - when I expressed to Mr. Joe my concerns about my bike (99 Ninja ZX9R) he told me not worry and he would get me over to the gentleman in the service department - he told me to explain my situation and he would be able to work something out to get my bike to the shop - I apologize but I cant remember the gentlemans name in the service department but he was just as polite and patient with me as well - he told me when I was ready to get my bike to them just give them a call back and he would arrange to have my bike pick up and transported to their establishment - this was enough for me have hope in a business that cares about why they are business - so now I just have to arrange to get my bike there and we will figure things out at that time - I will definitely provide another post once I have my bike worked on but from what I am gathering if the customer service was outstanding, caring, and kind - I am sure their service and production will be just as honoring. Today i will be riding my new R1M 17 all the way down to this shop. My hopes is that I will be happy with the items and accessories they have for sale as well as good customer service. I am riding far since the two other locations some what near me have had too many bad mixed reviews and my own personal experiences. Today i might but an accessorie or not im merely looking and checking out this shop since ive never been and want to find a good shop some what near me :D. I will post after the experience I encounter/have.

I have bought 8 or so cycles or scooters from Cycle Works going back to when Phillip owned the business. After the first one, they were all bought there because of my positive experiences with the Service Department. Everything has been fixed right the first time. On the rare occasion when they forget to turn on the petcock or some such thing, it is fixed immediately. This is not to take anything away from Garn because he is a part of the positive experience guiding me away from bikes that might be a poor choice.”

They dont act like they want to sell you ANYTHING. We walked in with the intention to buy 2 motorcycles but the two guys that worked there never asked if we needed help. Whoever owns this business you should check into your employees, especially sense they are running business away from the store. Thanks to the other motorcycle shops around we will enjoy our 2 new bikes.

Was very unsatified request for them to check things out and they parts were good when they needed replacing there shop is an hour and a half from me and now Im having to order new parts to get them out on because they werent dont when it was requested to be checked over and replaced if needed....

If you need anything motorcycles go to Basic Cycle. Theyre a lot more reasonable with prices and these guys didnt want to help me get the parts/maintaince fluids for my Bike. The employees acted "douchy" Id say but its fine Im not giving anymore business. Wouldnt reccomend coming here 1 star
