Bruttissima, ho girato parecchie concessionarie Harley Davidson ho sempre trovato gentilezza e voglia di risolvere i problemi ma in questa concessionaria NO. Avevo un pezzo completamente intatto nella confezione e laddetto non si è nemmeno scomposto ha detto non lo cambio. Pessima valutazione non consiglio. Very brilliant, I have shot several dealers Harley Davidson I have always found kindness and want to solve the problems but in this NO dealership. I had a piece completely intact in the box and the clerk did not even split said he did not change it. Bad evaluation did not recommend.

Do not waste your time and go here. You might as well spend 25 more minutes and go to Dayton Ohio Harley Davidson. First time I ever visited Richmond Harley Davidson I was interested in a new Harley. Lo and behold someone told me that the sales manager was gone for a week and they had no one else to help me. Second time I needed help by this facility I called and asked if I could have tires mounted on my new rims. And every other Harley Davidson dealer that Ive been to done it. But I was told that since I didnt buy the tires off of them theyre not installing them. I asked why and the answer was they didnt spend all this money on a tire changer to put other peoples tires on rims. These people in this facility is a joke and Im surprised its still in operation.

Best experience Ive ever had with an HD dealer while on the road. Genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very responsive. Went above and beyond to get me back on the road during a cross-country ride. Special thanks to Greg in service! These folks are truly what Harley tells everyone their brand is about.

Very rude staff. My wife stopped in there Wednesday from out of town with my mother and grandmother and the "Fat" lady behind the counter was rude and not helpful. Wanted a shirt from my home town. You"re lucky I didnt stop in because I would have lost it on your entire staff.

Sales & service counters were very helpful. He got the parts we needed and advice, shirts we wanted and I was assisted in sizing and ordering the helmet best fitted for me! Lots of great merch! Will be back for more than just my helmet order next week!

Honest and capable sales and service. Have purchased 2 bikes from them in recent years and 2 from other dealers some time ago. No comparison in the family friendly atmosphere. Service department is top notch! We dont go anywhere else.

Not happy! They were out of all boys youth sizes that I needed, I drove 25 miles and to top it off the girl waiting on my was EXTREMELY rude (a short redhead) apparently she was from another store....

Its just like all friendly but this one didnt have popcorn like the other ones do. Just stopped in for a t-shirt and the kids always like the popcorn.
