Ive said it before and ill say it again. These guys are THE REAL DEAL. Ive been in touch with Jim before and hes always in disposal to help in every way and always provide his expert unbiased opinion. Today I went and got a new front tire for my R6, in-N-out in less than an hour and as a courtesy I had my clutch and break handles adjusted tight and feels like new. Most if not all the guys there are riders and understand the passion and can related when we riders need a helping hand, CCM will work the price on your and strive to always give you the best possible deal you can walk out with. Shoutout to the technicians for the clean work as well. Nothing but love and respect for you guys. Please keep your high standards.

purchased some "OEM" parts, but happened to be cheap useless fake. Did a return and never get a refund. Customer service always says the manager is not it the office, so leave you name & number "3000" times and you may be get a response. I,m surprises, that such a "big" place has POOR customer service and ignorant stuff.

Went in to have brakes done, and after inspection it was found that they didnt even need to be replaced. They were upfront and honest the whole time, when they couldve taken my money and replaced them anyway. I wouldnt hesitate to have them do more work for me in the future.
