Riding back from Panama City Beach to Nashville after Thunder Beach Spring Rally, we were in dire need of a rear tire. We phoned HD of Dothan from about 35 miles away. They said that they could take care of us and get us back on the road. We told them we were headed straight there. Rode 35 or so miles (out of our way) on bum tire, to the dealership. When we arrived, we were informed by the same individual that we spoke to on the phone, that they were unable to do the work because they had a tech go home sick. When we explained our situation again, we were told that they wouldnt have done it anyway, because we had "mismatched tires on the bike." We were told that he didnt care if we broke down on the side of the road, nor did he care that one of our party worked at a H-D dealership and knew that his excuse was just that, an excuse (most likely to sell people two tires when they only need one). In fact, he cut her off and wouldnt even allow her to finish her sentence. The worst part, was that we still had to hand them money to purchase the tire, even though we had to take it elsewhere to be mounted. I was told the parts person who processed the sale of the tire was cool. Otherwise, they didnt seem to care about our safety, our future business, or positively representing the Harley-Davidson brand in any way. Garbage.

Hats off to Dothan Harley Davidson. Special recognition to Mandi and James in the Service Department. While travelling we experienced a Chevk Engine Light 30 miles outside of Dothan. After calling Dothan HD, they listened to our issues and providedexpert corrective measures to get safely to their location. Soon as we arrived Mandi advised the James the mechanic of a traveller with maintenance issues. In less than 40 minutes James identified the issues causing the Check Engine Light, repaired the motorcycle and we werent charged an arm and a leg for the work. I was overly impressed with the genuine friendliness ofevery person we contacted during our short stay. Especially Mandi and James. James explained what happened, hos corrective actions,what to do if any reoccurence while travelling and other information to increase our confidence in the Harley Brand. Very impressed. Should I ever upgrade or buy another Harley , Dothan HD will be contacted first......

not one person said hi to me even though there was 5 men and woman staff standing around joking about. as soon as a guy started looking at a bike the staff was all over it. ladies buy bikes but probably not from this place. I decided to leave and go down to powersport store. I give Harley Store 2 stars cause they were open and prices seemed reasonable. Saturday afternoon.

I love this place! Its like family here. We have bought 2 bikes from them and when it gets time for an upgrade, no matter where we will be stationed we will buy again from this dealership only. You cant beat the customer service. Everyone is super nice and helpful...like I said they treat us like family.

My 2008 dyna screamn eagle has good curb appeal, THATS IT!!! leaked oil, uses oil, clattering, primary problems etc.....and a service writer , that doesnt have a MC endorsement dropped it! DAMAGE ! they claim he didnt do it! enough said.....this place sucks!!!

2 floors of bikes and gear!!! You wouldnt realize this place is as big as it is until you go inside. Of course everything Harley is expensive but you get what you pay for. We werent pressured by sales people but they were easy to get when we had any questions.
