Dealt with Parts and Service department here.... Parts -- Called looking for a filter for my HD (Because bluegrass refuses to stock one). The guy over the phone took down my information, and said he was on the other end of the shop at the moment, but would get back to me asap instead of me waiting on hold. I can respect that. I was only 15 min ride away, so I just drove out. Talked to him in person, and he had my filter! They had some computer problems, and took some time to get me rung up, but he did give me a 10% discount for having to wait on him. The guy seemed very very frustrated, as calls kept coming in, but I appreciate what he did for me. Service -- Swung into the service department to see how booked up they were. I had cash in pocket, and was looking to get new tires on my bike. I stood at the service window waiting... and waiting.... and waiting... There was an employee that was talking to a buddy, but no one came up to offer me any help. This pissed me off, so I walked. Im sure what you did over the weekend is much more important than helping a paying customer at the service counter.

What can I say but WOW! Our first contact was with Salesman John Bryant. John was very informative and helpful. He didnt push us into anything but rather tried to find the perfect fit for us. AND HE DID! We brought our son back only four days later and John helped him as well. They all treat you like a person not a number. Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with some upgrades for us. Anita made financinga breeze. The the managers name is slipping my mind...sorry... but he as well was awesome. And I have to give a shout out to Mark and Cordero in Motor clothes, hes crazy but just like all the rest very helpful and informative. They treat you like family. This is definitely our go to dealership. Shawn and I would highly recommend them to anyone if your looking for anything Harley. Thanks so much Harley Davidson Louisville.....we are definitely enjoying the ride.

We purchased a 2017 TriGlide and drove 2.5 hours to buy from Harley-Davidson Louisville. James, Chuck, Chris, Nick, Brad and all the other great folks at this Harley dealership were a pleasure to deal with and the dealership is top-notch. This is our fourth Harley and we have been to dozens of dealerships over the years and have never felt more at home and comfortable with the staff. They deliver what they say and do it with professionalism and good humor. The buying experience, even when part of it was long distance through phone and email, was well managed and the step-by-step walkthrough of all departments while we were there was very interesting and helpful. I found it informative that when talking with other customers in the motor clothes, parts and service areas they speak very, very highly of the staff and the dealership. Very, very pleased with this dealership.

Bought my first Harley about 3 weeks ago and I love it being in sales I dreaded talking to a sales guy but let me tell you Chuck did a great job no pressure sales and no B.S. I loved the bike but wanted to personalize it just a tad. I took it to the service department and Cliff was outstanding he did a great job helping me pick out the accessories for the style I was looking for. I had an excellent all around experience. If youre thinking about buying a Harley Davidson go to Harley Davidson of Louisville and get it you wont regret it. Go live your life and get some wind in your hair. Thanks guys. Derek D.

Had appointment at a dealership and dropped off on Tuesday night. Appointment for Thursday. Picked up Friday afternoon and left. Im traveling to Nashville area to visit my adult children. I tried a couple of dealerships, coming down and they werent able to squeeze me in. I called this dealership and explained what happened and they said bring it in. They have gone above everything I expected. Rear brake pads very low, so Im happy I stopped. Plus I spent over hundred dollars in clothing. Cody was my service writer and Mark is the man that made it happen. My bike and I thank both.

I dont understand how you can talk to multiple so called "certified" Harley mechanics and no one can tell you the right amount of fork oil that goes in a pair of 49mm forks. Ive heard from Multiple people that the amount is 12oz but after pirating one of their over priced maintenance manuals off the internet the real amount is 26. How in the hell does 12 = 26. Its good the know that your life is in their hands.

Went on 8/24 looking to buy a new street glide cash. Walked around the showroom about 45 mins. Not 1 person even noticed i was there. All the sales people was busy playing on a computer of staring off in space. So i went to bluegrass harley and bought one. So if your looking for someone to be able to answer any questions you may have this is not the place. Its not worth the trip.

Had an amazing time at this Harley Davidson dealership. Only my second time visiting a Harley dealership and it was a blast! The sales people didnt harass me into buying a bike, they were extremely nice and knowledgeable on their bikes. Offered us to come back for a barbecue later on. Absolutely great place to just browse or buy!

I drove in today for assistance with my older Gerbings heated gear. A guy in the Harley gear department informed me that the gear was under warranty. He took my information and was extremely helpful. He even offered a loaner for my upcoming trip. This kind of service is why people buy Harley Davidsons. A+

This place is a joke. Had an appointment for a week for first thing 8am for a tire change.... 4 hours later Im still here bc they "got busy" my Saturday ride with friends turned into sitting in their waiting room. Was told when inscheduled and when I arrived that it would take 1 hr.

My mom collects the Harley Poker Chips. I figured Id stop in and grab her one while in Louisville. The store is a little difficult to get to if youre going north on I-65 but we made it. Everyone in the store was friendly. I also found the bike I want.
