I was very impressed with friendliness of the staff with Thornton’s. I visited the service area recently for a tire issue which ended up being a challenging repair, but everyone was very pleasant and helpful while I waited. Scott, on the sales team, gave me wonderful insight into selecting a new or used side by side and was very straightforward. Steve in the service area was a wealth of information and tips to get the most out of a purchase. (as well as maintaining our current ATV) We will definitely return to Thornton’s whenever we need repairs or to make purchases. Thank you!

Its been several years since I have purchased a bike from a dealer but the last time I did it was at Thorntons in Versailles. The experience then was incredible and the experience I had at Madisons store was the same some 15 years later. Very friendly,extremely helpful, and most importantly very honest. Pleasure to deal with and even though Im not the most experienced motorcycle guy they have dealt with, my questions were answered without me feeling like it was a silly question to ask. I loved the experience I had there, I bought a 2014 650 Ninja, I had to drive 93 miles to get there but it was well worth it. Another dealership in Indianapolis could not have cared less if I bought a bike or not! The place is staffed by very professional personnel, very friendly, and competent. I would Highly recommend purchasing a bike there, or ATV or anything else they sale. It has been in business aprx 40+ years, and when you go there you will see why! Thanks again Thorntons.

I was looking for my first road bike and several of the bigger dealers turned me off with their arrogance, most didnt even take me seriously. These guys at Thorntons were the complete opposite, friendly, professional and easy to work with. Made me a great deal on a Honda NC700X and even brought it home for me. Terrible, over charge for everything. Told me my bike held 5 qts of oil, after doing the oil change myself the next found out it only held 2.5 quarts so not only was I over charged they keep my left over oil. Terrible place dont ever give them any money find elsewhere to have you bike worked on
