I ordered flowers and baloons on 12/31/15 to be delivered on 1/1/16 to a coworker for her last day. I received a confirmation email of the order and delivery date. They were not delivered. When I called the phone number on my order form a was hung up on by the recipient. Today I went to the shop at 8am and it was closed although the hours posted on the website stated they open at 8am. Eventually I met with Kathleen after 10am who had MANY EXCUSES as to why this occurred but no ownership. It was my fault that I ordered online after business hours and when they were out if flowers because of the holidays even though I received a confirmation or the order and delivery date. Kathleen said she could honor the order on Monday January 4. She offered to send the flowers to the recipient at no charge or send me flowers at no charge on Monday. She further told me it was a family owned business and I should understand that the employees were home with their families on the date of delivery and they simply were out of flowers. What I learned from my experience is this: a Web confirmation means nothing to this business, Kathleen believes her flowers are the most wanted in the area and therefore does not value customer service, Kathleen has no control over the websites UNTRUSTWORTHY information including the email responses it sends. At the end of my conversation with Kathleen I told her I was sorry this happened. I am sorry that as a resident of Westpark that I CA NOT TRUST a local business. It simply does not matter how good a product is if you dont make good on your promises. THIS IS A BUSINESS OF EXCUSES THAT WILL MAKE GOOD ON THEIR OBLIGATIONS WHEN IT IS CONVIENENT FOR THEY.

Im the owner of Cirino Photography in Lakewood. We are one of Cleveland oldest photography studios, serving the greater Cleveland area for about 42 years. I personally have been working with this company for about 18 years, and I have been recommending them to my clients for 18 years as well. They are wonderful, and the flowers are amazing. Full service, they transport, they even wait around and open doors and fluff the brides train before she walks down the isle. They pin on all the flowers ( as a photographer I cant tell you how many flowers I have pinned on goomsmen and family members over the years.....un-professional florists just drop a box of flowers and leave. The quality of the flowers and durablilty is outstanding-and they make for amazing photographs. It sounds like the previous review had some trouble planning their wedding from out of town. I can assure future clients that these flowers and services are well worth the money.

Gorgeous work with professional service We were married on September 24, 2011 and we just wanted to say thank you first to Sue Kanasz for making our wedding day so beautiful with the gorgeous decor. She did a wonderful job at the ceremony and at the reception. It was absolutely GORGEOUS! She even took the time to stick around to pin the guys and even fluff my dress before the ceremony began. That kind of dedication did not go un-noticed and we wanted to thank you. The flowers were very reasonably priced as well and they were able to do anything I wanted.
