Probably the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a florist. Ordered flowers to be delivered for a funeral, via 1-800-Flowers. Chose the particular arrangement because it offered same-day delivery for a nominal fee by a local florist (this florist) and I placed my order at 8 am, so they shouldnt have a problem getting them delivered that day. Around 2 pm, I received an email from 1-800-FLOWERS stating that the florist had attempted delivery but no one was home. An outright lie. The house was full of people, as there was just a family tragedy. I immediately called and was given the run around and told that theyd reattempt delivery the next day. Insisting that they be delivered that day, they finally promised theyd be by 7 pm. At 7:15, when they still werent delivered, I called again to cancel the order. Was assured by 1-800-FLOWERS that my order would be cancelled. Fast forward to 1 pm the following day, the arrangement I ordered and cancelled showed up. A day late and ninety-five dollars short. To make matters worse, I ordered the "large" version of the arrangement and the florist delivered the "small" version, a $30 difference! You can see the vast difference in size between what was promised and what was delivered. This has got to be the worst florist on earth.

Very unprofessional company delivering sub standard flowers. I had an arrangement to be delivered through 1800 flowers which showed up looking nothing like what was promised and the flowers looked stressed. They completely died 4 days later and had to be tossed. For some unknown reason, the delivery person decided to call the recipient to notify them of the delivery completely ruining the surprise I had intended. 1800 flowers attempted to have a replacement order shipped to the recipient and the Flower House apparently refused to deliver the order. Dont waste your money here, there are a dozen other florist in the area that would be happy to have your business unlike this joke of a company.

I sent flowers on 9/12/16 through this florists other store after receiving beautiful birthday flowers from them. They informed me that the Fort Myers branch would be handling the arrangement and delivery as they were closer to the delivery address, I was a little apprehensive, my great experience was with the Port Charlotte store... But the flowers received by my friend were beautiful. She sent me a photo of what was received and im so glad I let them use their experience and didnt choose a cookie cutter design from a picture online. They were truly beautiful. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for great service on both occasions.

This florist is the best that I have come across. I have been using them exclusively for at least 10 years. I always know that I can count on Al and his team to deliver a great floral arrangement in a timely fashion. I even left the area in 2004 and moved 3 times since and I continue to call Flower Mart 1st, if not for flowers, for floral advice. I had a friend competing in an Ironman competition in Panama City, FL and Al made sure that I had a floral arrangement at the hotel prior to check in. As always, JOB WELL DONE! Thanks Al, I appreciate your quality service for all these years.

I am doing all the logistics work by spending my time telling this outfit where and what to deliver at what time, and they add numerous outlandish fees to the order nearly doubling the price! Forget it. Many other providers out there, and they need to improve both the online order site, and the pricing scheme for the products they offer... In addition, I am in Europe ordering this, and the only option for delivery is not the same day, but a day late! (but keep in mind they have a 10 dollar delivery fee) .... No thanks... Order elsewhere!

Alfred - November 18, 2011 FIRST CLASS FLORIST!!!!! I have been a customer for a very long time and always praise the service and quality of arrangements I have always received. Even after moving out of the area, I always call the Flower Mart for all flowers. They always help me find the best options when I am sending flowers to family and friends around the country. I have always found the employees friendly and willing to provide great ideas for me. I HIGHLY recomend the Flower Mart!

BEST FLORIST EVER!!!!!! I ordered flowers from AL and his shop and they were absolutely beautiful!!! They were reasonably priced and delivered the very same day with no problems! I will use them always!!!
