I ordered a peace lily for a funeral to be delivered to the funeral home as I live in FL & googled the closest florist to the said funeral home. MISTAKE! According to family, it was not delivered. No lily, just confirmed only 1 lily was delivered and the card did not say it was from me. Spoke to a Judy twice on the phone & she insisted her driver delivered it. Yet no one can confirm its existence. This person was rude on the phone & her customer service skills lacked in an utmost appalling & unprecedented way. She took my number down & said the owner will call....sure. Meanwhile, they gladly took my 58 dollars & with no confirmation of delivery Im out not only those funds but nothing to prove I was thinking of family during this hard time. Lesson learned.

No communication from this shop. Called at least 5 times on VALENTINES DAY, left 2 messages, and sent two emails, trying to make sure my order from the previous day could be delivered on time. There has never been an answer from them. They say they are supposed to deliver to schools by 2, recipient of my flowers was off at 2:30. I emailed again at 3 pm to tell them to forget it and refund my money. No response, and I then found out they delivered the order, INCOMPLETE, a bit after 3pm. I had to waste an hour of my time to go pick them up, so they wouldnt sit in an empty school building and rot all weekend. All this could have been avoided if anyone could answer the phone!!! It is now 4 days later and still no response!

I was so nervous about having the perfect flowers for our wedding. October wedding and plum and persimmon (red/orange) for our colors. I rotated my bridesmaids dresses and if the flowers werent perfect to tie them together it would have been horrible. Right from the start of our flower planning Judy was amazing and patient. She took the color samples with her and found the perfect match! And I dont use the term perfect lightly. She even made some last minute adjustments for me when I found the perfect gemmed picks for a little sparkle in my bouquet. Its been a year and people are still talking about how beautiful our flowers were. Amazing job and I would highly recommend using them to anyone!

Judy at Floral Designs did a wedding for my son in Dec. I was having trouble finding a florist available around Christmastime. A friend mentioned Floral Images so I went and spoke with Judy. She gave me exactly what I requested and at an amazing price. Even allowed me to do some changes last minute without any problems. They were so easy to work with, and the flowers were just gorgeous. Fresh and beautiful.I will recommend them to everyone. They were a real blessing at a chaotic time.

The manager took the time to call me and she was so sweet and offered to send me new flowers and do what it takes to make me happy. Because she took the time to call me and cared about my concern I will definitely go back for my future orders. They have amazing flowers and always take the time to make sure you leave happy.

Easiest online ordering and flowers were delivered as promised . The flowers were by far the worst and most overpriced bouquet I have ever purchased in my entire life ! Couldve done better at the grocery store for a third of the price . I was seriously embarrassed when my girlfriend brought them home from work !!

The bouquet I ordered was an autum color flowers. They didnt have some of them due to the season. But they were so kind to call me and let me know and they were going to make it extra special. I tell you that they were. My friend loved them and I was so impressed. They sure know their stuff.
