Now this place is HUGE! It was big before but they have since expanded due to how busy they have been. You really do have to really look through stuff to find something you like. This is all 2nd hand bought or overstock items so you really need to pay attention. I number of their items have Home Depot products that have RTV (return to vendor) tags already on them. These items could still be good, but they could be faulty as well. If you are remodeling and have the time to find what will work for you, this place is totally worth it. Pricing is pretty decent, parking is OK and you never know what you will find. I have found some pretty good prizes there, so I continue to go back. I gave this a 3 of 5 star just because you never know what you will find, if you see something 1 time you may not see it next time you are there. Also, because some of the items were purchased by a customer and sent back to the vendor, you dont know if there is an issue with the item or not.

Interesting selection - a treasure hunt for good pricing I have purchased quite a few items at MNHO. from open/dinged up tool boxes, new in box patio furniture, used lawn mover, and other power lawn equipment. I have recommended them to many friend and family. I think the recent showroom physical changes have made huge improvements for overall shop-ability. My only caution and reason for rating 3 stars is their pricing in many cases is way off. I have found solid deals when it comes to new in a box and even open or damaged goods but unfortunately these are few and far between. They changed their pricing a few months back and you will often see severely used or damaged product with slight discounts below store new in box sale pricing. If you know fair pricing and have watched historic sales prices on products the trip will be worth while but if not be aware to validate you are actually getting a good value.

Tried to buy outdoor furniture at your store today with my daughter. The prices on the exact same sectional pieces were different prices. One of the corner pieces also had a different color cushion. The person we were working with had to call her manager over. We were willing to purchase the entire set of sectional pieces if he would simply match the lower price. He was not willing to do so and proceeded to tell us they were not the same even when we had taken the time to put each piece together... same outdoor wicker, same outdoor cushions (except for oddball red cushions which would have to be replaced by cushions you did not have). We chose to leave without the sectional which I am sure will sit there with different prices on the exact same pieces. I dont know this managers name but wanted someone to know of our not so pleasant experience in your store.

I shop here often but when there is something on the self that has been marked half off msrp, one would think itd be able to do half of what its intended to do. For example if a leaf blower is missing something like an on and off switch. Which is pretty critical to its function why sell a $200 unit for $99. Its pretty much worthless. Then a so call manager talks to me, well everything is tested and looked at before its put on the floor. Then I ponder if it doesnt work then why mark it half off like it works. This wouldnt be the only bad experience I have or others that I know that shop here. Its not a bad place to get random stuff but just be careful when your gonna buy something there. Triple check, and see if what your getting actually performsome what it is intended to do. The staff is great but business practices are that you get from a pawn shop.

I visited this store for the first time this past weekend, and was very impressed, if not a little overwhelmed. My brother told me about it, as he is renovating his home, and its amazing! You can find just about anything and everything related to home improvement there. Its a discount retailer, so selection changes frequently, but the deals are incredible! We bought tile for a kitchen backsplash, as well as ceramic floor tile for our laundry room. We got them at an incredible steal!! Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are unbeatable. This is a great store to check out first if youre renovating or updating your home. If you cant find what youre looking for here first, then go to your Home Depots and Lowes...but chances are they will have what youre looking for in another week, so come back often.

Bait and Switch. They have recurring sticker sales 20-80% off green, orange, blue stickers, and etc. The store is constantly changing out the sticker color on items. They dont even try and hide it. Ive watched items that start at 20% off and then when the dates roll around when the item is supposed to be 60 or 80% off, magically the sticker color is changed. I understand trying to make a profit, but damn this is deceptive and borderline illegal. In Response: Sorry but it is you who are wrong. It is so evident on some products as the previous tags arent even removed. It look just like tabs on a license plate. I have literally watched the same item(s) over weeks, and like magic when 60-80% time rolls around tag is a different color. THE EXACT SAME ITEM! NOT MULTIPLE QUANTITY!

Rough experience. Bought a TV that didnt work. The receipt said they will try to fix TVs that dont work, and if they cant they will replace it. I brought it back for them to fix it, heard nothing for 5 days so I called and they lady said "I dont know, they will call you when its ready" 8 days go by and I call again and she tells me they cant find any TVs with my name on it. She finally finds it and tells me the repair people didnt even look at it because its a Netflix problem and I have to call Netflix. I came back to pick up my tv and it turns out he did fix it, so now it works. If only that person on the phone told me the truth from the start, then I wouldnt be so irritated with the company.

Called seeking a discontinued Marazzi venato tile. The lady that answered the phone asking me multiple questions and I answered her questions. She asked me to come into her store in Minnesota. I informed her I was in North Carolina and was desperately searching for a tile that could not seem to be found other than her website. She then kept cutting me off as I was trying to talk to her which I found very rude. She kept cutting me off saying, "sir, sir, sir, sir" as if I were completely wasting her time. I will be advertising negatively for this store in other areas of the internet regarding building materials. And to think that I like the Vikings....one person can wreck it all.

...Bought a large water softener several months ago. The store employee assured me that "everything was in the box, except the manual." So, like an idiot, I trusted him. Turns out there were some relatively expensive parts missing. Also, the O-rings on the manifold were incorrect - somehow, the factory-installed rings were replaced with smaller rings that would not seal. overall, I still wound up spending less that buying a brand new softener, but the savings were not worth the time and effort expended, or the hassles involved. if you buy a large complicated item, take the time to obtain the manual/parts diagram and make sure everything is there.
