While I do enjoy wandering around their large location there is little in terms of proper guest service attitude. Its difficult to find individual salesfloor team members walking the floor. You are forced to find the guest assistance kiosks around the store and hope the team members know what youre talking about. I was also double charged on my bill. My bank statement listed two sales transactions from the location for the same amount. When discussing these issues with their customer service desk, both over the phone and in person, after explaining the situation and showing them the evidence they told me they cannot locate a second transaction in their system (there was only one transaction but two charges according to my bank). Any other retailer would have refunded me for the mistake but they lack these guest service skills. They said they have to go through their financial department to find out if they can refund me the money Im owed. The transaction was processed on Friday and I contacted them on Saturday when I found out. Their offices are closed for the weekend. I dont know what kind of business they are trying to run, but I have bills to pay. I cannot have money being held hostage for a few days plus a few more to process back on to my card. In short, it was a difficult shopping trip with a more than frustrating outcome. I would not recommend shopping here to avoid this sort of issue on your card.

Weve gone to this location a number of times since they opened up the new store, and even though I really dislike their parking lot, it is a HUGE improvement compared to the old store. I have found the employees to generally be very helpful (with just a couple of exceptions over many visits). This store is extremely clean and well-organized. We did run into an issue where we had a special order of some bi-fold doors that just plain never came in (even though they sent us a notification that they had arrived in the store), but by the time we went in to get a refund we had decided we would prefer something less expensive, so it didnt feel like a disappointment. So a star off for a couple of lame employees and an honest mistake, but out of the many times weve gone to this store those experiences are the minority.

Best store hands down - best prices! clean! courteous employees!! BEST EVERYTHING at the BEST PRICES - they are usually cheaper than Amazon!!! Cant say enough great things about the store - their "buyers" are second to none - the product mix is amazing.. Purchased in the last 2 years: ceramic floor wood floor window blinds juniper trees Jacks PIzza - Lloyds ribs many light fixtures and light bulbs Water heater windows outdoor fountain paint and more paint and brushes etc.. a grill Medallion Kitchen Cabinets - so nice!! Quartz countertop watering hoses and hundreds of other outdoor things including fountains & patio furniture The best store for everything hands down..

Non-existent customer service, asked three employees (one actually working in the department where the common item was actually located) for help finding duct tape and the only assistance offered was to point and say the item was here or there, then when I checked out the cashier rushed the transaction by hurriedly packing my items for me just so she could close her lane and go on break. This recent experience and similar experiences of rushed, indifferent customer service in the past have made me seriously consider taking my business to a competitor despite having shopped at this location for some time.

After walking through 10 aisles to find someone to help me re-key a lock (which the customer service gal downstairs said they could do and directed me to that area of the store) they told me they no longer do that even though it was purchased here and done in the past. The young guy at first said yeah no problem but the lady stopped him to say no we only do that for new locks and I would need to buy a new one. Really disappointed... my entire house remodel (complete flip) was done through menards and a simple thing like that couldnt be done for me even though they are capable of doing it.

I went to this Menards tonight with my husband and had the best customer experience. Deb from the paint Dept helped us and answered all of our questions and helped us find the best products for our needs. She is a wonderful employee and should definitely be given a raise. I had the best experience in the store and left feeling great about it and like I was set up to succeed with my project. Thank you Deb! You are seriously so wonderful and helpful. Keep it up!

This place is huge, and has set a new standard in DIY department stores. The place is huge, the place is clean, the layout makes sense. Only downfall was the associate who was very helpful, but stuck around too long considering I took a dump and found my GF 15 minutes later and he was still sticking to us like white on rice. I work at THE HOME DEPOT

One person has as no clue where something was. Another had a vauge idea, and a third person kind of sort of helped me find it. I found the item by serendipity mostly. No one went far enough to actually tell me the isle to look in. Sad day for retail help at a store I choose to shop at.

I went to competitors first and was treated very poorly by the staff in the plumbing deptarment. Tried Menards and the guy was extremely kind and helpful. Way better experience. I plan on making this store my first stop from now on. I take my money where customer service wins.

Menards is more the Walmart while Home Depot is Target, but this Menards has had to be used a handful of times because the near Home Depot didnt have the tool or material. As far as Menards stores go, this one is great.

Great service! Curt was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me with all of my questions. Curt needs a raise! There was also a pianist playing songs as I shopped. Very nice experience.
