Buyer BEWARE: I am concerned about a seemingly dishonest, unprofessional service/return policy. This is a current & pending issue re: a countertop we purchased & tried to exchange for larger size. Weve been told the larger size is not available and we could not return it for a refund ON THE SAME DAY w/o paying a 15% restocking fee. 3 trips later, Creative Associates currently has the returned product AND my MONEY!!!

A large amount of my 101 yr. house remodel came from Creative Associates, 9 yrs ago! We are very happy with the products, doors, fireplace, all of my kitchen cabinets, my master bath vanity, door knobs, faucets, floor tile and the list goes on...are all holding up well. You cant touch the price anywhere else for doors ... and they have prehung craftsman style doors for $88! Solid pine is available as well. I bought my 8 foot tall front door from them for $1800.... anywhere else you are talking $3-$5k easy... and it was made here in Missouri at there other location
