Very frustrating experience with this store. We have ordered windows that were too big based upon how we were instructed to measure from the sales associate in the window department. The installer that was "recommended" failed to show up to give an estimate, did not arrive on the day of installation and was later let go. When I tried to work with the store to exchange the windows, my phones calls were not returned three different times over the course of the week after the associate promised me he would. Good luck actually talking to a manager, the phone service is awful on the remote phones they give the sales associates. After two weeks of phone tag, I was told I had to physically come into the store to reorder the windows. Finally I went in to reorder my windows two weeks ago and was told that I would not have two charges and my new windows would be in in four weeks. I was told that they would come out and pick up the old windows sometime soon; however, it would not affect the ordering of my new windows. My husband attempted to return the old windows today at which time they would not take them since they were "ours now" and informed us that the new window order did not exist and is now cancelled. So now, this ordering process has gone on almost three months, I have windows that dont fit which they wont return, and an order of windows that had been cancelled. End result: the communication and system of ordering through Home Depot is awful. Too many people who dont know enough and dont know hot to get the job done.

Woman at the customer service counter, Kelly, wouldnt even look up to acknowledge me standing right in front of her at the service desk until I said something. Did an in store pickup and took 2 hours to fill so I showed up and it wasnt done and waited in the store while Jake supposedly was filling my order. I saw this guy helping stock lumber down the way and not filling my order as he originally set out to do. As I patiently waited I finally was checked up on by Cindy who took control of the situation. If she wouldnt have stepped in who knows how long I would have waited. Just sucks because I did the in store pickup and to save time because I had to work that day and was on a time crunch to get my project done in the morning so I could beat the rain. I never have had much luck with Home Depot and prefer Menards or Lowes but went there this time since it was closer to my house and again was on a time crunch. I think they just lost my business for good and not just this one, all of them as the Maple Grove store has awful customer service. But thank you Cindy for your help in holding your fellow staff accountable and following up on them. Shouldnt have had to do it, but you did and it helped me out.

I order unfinished cabinets over 3 weeks ago and still no call or update from the store. This was my choice store to go to but after this experience I will go to low’s from now on. “UPDATE” got my order, but had to sit at the store for over an hour. Store associate reviewed my order and verified I had everything "NOT" almost left when I noticed I was missing 7 pantry, Plus two cabinets had holes from a forklift...Now I have to wait another three plus weeks for my cabinets.... This is an update on my experience with this Home Depot I will have to give the store credit because after this whole ordeal the customer service has been first class second to none especially the customer service gals upfront and if they read this they definitely know who they are .I definitely have to say that I am very please with my cabinets and this experience though rocky at first this team and the store was able to turn things around..this is a great store for all your home modification needs I find myself going there multiple times a week because of the service is great especially from McKenzie 6star rating if I could giv one...Great job guys keep up the hard work I look forward into my next visit to the store..

BIG Corporation that does NOT value 30 years of past experience. was fired after submitting a five page report of OSHA safety violations that included C.F.R. Federal Law code citations and pictures of safety violations. Do not apply for a job with this corporation unless you dont mind being treated like a human "resource"... jeeze... they schedule you lout THREE WEEKS in advance and getting time off is NOT allowed with a medical reason or vacation time built up... O.M.G. they even filled lout my Federal TAX W4 withholding form without my knowledge!!! Federal Felony by the way... they do have lumber and stuff for sale though... yay.

Customer service is friendly and helpful enough when you actually find them, but majority of the time, you cant find anyone to help you. If you do find someone, theyre already helping someone else and you have to wait a while before that transaction is complete before being helped. We bought $4000 worth of carpet and are waiting 7 weeks before it can be installed. In the mean time, the bill has already came for a service that has not been performed yet. Hmmmm... Lets hope all the bad reviews were based on emotions and not the service itself.

I am a building contractor and spend thousands of dollars on tools and material each year and this past year the customer service at this location has been extremely disrespectful 2 employees Alaura and another from accusing of stealing and today at the return desk throwing 5 small items on the counter and not offering me a bag when asked for a bag throwing the bag and so I looked at her like your not going to put them in the bag for me the she throws them in the bag and walks away. Horrible! Northtown location Blaine MN.

This is a bit racist, I was making line in front of the service desk at 5:45pm to get a receipt and there two guys came to line up behind me and when it was my turn I walked up to the counter but the young lady there refused to serve and told me that the two guys behind me are there before me. If it happen one more time I will write to the attorney general to complaint about this store dissemination against ASIANS .

As usual, the people working at Home Depot were friendly and very helpful. The fellow that helped me locate what I was looking for went out of his way to aid me. Although Home Depot did not carry what I specifically needed, I did not leave disapointed...I did get one other item I wanted. I will continue to shop there because its close, you have good merchandise and your excellent employees.

I was greeted right after walking in the store. They asked if I needed help. I was directed to an expert who spent about 20 minutes with me to help me understand what I need to do. They helped me to find the supplies. I really appreciate the time they spent to help me.

I needed help in plumbing this morning and got exceptional service. My rain barrel needed some extra plumbing parts and this gentleman knew how to help me. I didnt know his name, but want him to know how greatly I appreciated his expertise. Thank you, kind sir!
