I will never order flowers from this establishment again. My wife placed an order on 1/25 for delivery to her parents on 2/14 (we entered online since we live in NJ and theyre in Ft. Myers). On 2/12 she called to change the delivery date from 2/14 to 2/13 and was told no problem. On 2/13 the delivery guy actually called my inlaws asking for directions. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise. The driver failed to arrive. My wife called the next day, 2/14, and spoke to an extremely rude woman who said that shes too busy with customers and couldnt look into the order but someone would call her in a couple hours. No one called so she called bacy around 3pm and get the same rude woman said shes too busy to help and to email Bill the manager (owner?). She emailed and again no response. I called myself the following day, 2/15, and the same exact rude woman said Bill would call me within 1.5 hours. I called at noon and by 2pm again, no response. I emailed Bill letting him know how unacceptable this was and that if I didnt get a response by end of day I was going to file a complaint with FLs BBB. Again, zero response. I filed by complaint today. Never have we been treated with such lack of courtesy and responsiveness, especially from an establishment that weve ordered from in the past. Its obviously this florist doesnt care about customer service or even a basic understanding of how to run a business. There are other florists who treat their customers with decency and respect that deserve your business. Fort Myers Florist is absolutely not one of them. Do not order from them.

Update 2.12: I was able to reach Mark from the main office and he was so lovely on the phone. He could not believe the story and apologized profusely on behalf of the store. He was going to call the manager and get to the bottom of why they were so rude and as a very kind gesture, sent beautiful flowers to my home. While I cannot recommend FM Florist, I certainly can recommend Mark and the larger company for going to great lengths to remedy the situation. I stopped in on Wednesday to place an order for Gerber daises for my wedding telling the girl at the front desk I would be back on Friday after they got their shipment that I would be in to pay for them. I came in today to find that she sold the flowers and offered no apology or alternate flower. I told her that their customer service was hideous and that I would take my business elsewhere. The crowning insult was being given the finger by a teen customer as I walked out the door. I would never spend a dime on flowers from this place, Publix had them in stock for half the price. These people clearly do not care about their customers, just making a quick buck with the existing rude ones. Shocking. Mark - appreciate you reaching out but I am unable to find an email address to reach you - I have sent a facebook message to the shops account and will pass along my number there or please let me know the best email to contact you.

I ordered flowers from Ft. Myers Florist for my wedding on May 17, 2014 and was so incredibly in love with them. Not only did my seven bridesmaids and I have a great time putting our bouquets together at the shop, but Michelle helped us SO MUCH. She answered all our questions, gave great advice, and was focused on making sure we had a great time while putting all our arrangements together. I would recommend this flower shop, and Michelle, over and over again to any bride who is looking for a unique experience for their wedding flowers (not to mention reasonable pricing!). Originally I was hoping to save money by ordering my flowers in bulk and putting them together with my bridesmaids the night before in our hotel. When that idea didnt work out, due to refrigeration space in the hotel, Michelle was the ONLY florist around that helped us find a solution. We were so frustrated that a number of florists wouldnt help us, or get the flowers we wanted. But Michelle worked with our budget and got us excited (rather than discouraged) about picking out our flowers and putting them together. Even when Michelle had other work to do, she put down what she was doing and gave us advice when needed. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages turned out gorgeous and I have her to thank! You would be crazy to turn this place down. -- A very happy bride

Before I begin, I just want to say I had very little experience with putting together flowers and bouquets before my experience with Ft. Meyers florist. I entered into a world that I didnt know much about when my friend invited the other bridesmaids and I to Ft. Meyers florist to be involved in making her centerpieces and bouquets, with the BEAUTIFUL flowers she ordered here, and I couldnt have asked for a better outcome. There is truly nothing I would change about the atmosphere, the tutorials Michelle showed us, and the outcome of the entire day. Michelle and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND for one of my best friends, and I am so happy that she chose to have us attend this with her, because I learned so much while I was there, and had such an AMAZING experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Ft. Meyers Florist to anyone who needs any kind of flowers - for any event. The flowers came out flawlessly and the centerpieces and bouquets received an abundance of compliments and really added a wonderful touch to her wedding. Please go and talk to Michelle, or anyone at Ft. Meyers florist - I promise you wont be disappointed, I was in awe of their customer service, the quality of the flowers and everything they were putting together. Their delivery was on time and they really are just exceptional in every aspect. Thank you SO MUCH Michelle!

The roses were very pretty but expensive considering a lot of it was just extra stems of leaves and painted leaves. My husband ordered these for my birthday and had them delivered at our home. Now you cannot work at this kind of business and not have at least the most minimal jolly mood, well the man looked bothered that he had to deliver them. Well when I open the note it says " you dont have to anything, I just love you the way you are" that to me showed carelessness they didnt get what he said right and what they put didnt make sense I mean youre in a flower business that could be delivered at a hospital, for an anniversary, birthday, Valentines, special moments and they couldnt put a little more effort in the most important part. My husband also said the lady looked bothered as if she didnt even want him to place the order. She was rude and even though he was speaking English to her she called a guy from the back apparently to translate... She couldnt take a our business debit card and made him get cash.... It just turns a good moment bad. I cannot recommend this place. When you pay 120+ for flowers you expect better service.

I have used this florist several times, and the staff are always nice and polite. They try to help, but now that Michelle is gone their designs have been off compared to when she was there. I ordered a crosage for senior prom and had pics, my own ribbon, and specific wants. They tried but totally failed. It was proportioned all wrong, as i told her that the senior is very very small. They put the flowers on the wrong way for a normal size person, across the arm instead of up the arm like the pic i gave them. The flowers were ok, but nothing special about it at all. Thats why i picked and paid more for a design and I had my own ribbon, bracelet, pics. I did this to have a different, pretty crosage! It wasnt even a difficult order. Anything out of the norm or box, you might want to look around at other florist and look at their actual work before ordering. I was disappointed with my last order and will now look elsewhere for a better florist designer thats not just the same old stuff. It wasnt cheap, and i was not impressed!
