We owe this place a huge thank you for the above and beyond service they did for us today. So, we had a busy weekend of traveling and a busy start to our work week and did not notice that my goddaughter/nieces birthday was today. WE PANICKED! We live in Chicago and our niece lives in Fort Meyers so going to buy something and stopping over at their house was not an option. we had to have a local company deliver something, and quick. So, I called many places (at least FIVE) in the area and pleaded for a delivery of candy or balloons or a stuffed animal, and all said "no, the delivery driver is already out on a run and will be done for the day after their route". All of these places that I called market "same day" delivery when they clearly should not be! Mind you, it was not late in the day, it was 2:30pm here in Chicago and 3:30pm in Florida, so by no means was it "very late" to consider this request. I was beyond frustrated that no business could help us out with this order. Until I called Express Floral and explained my situation and they immediately (Ian and his mom) said they could do something to help out. I was ECSTATIC! I asked them to come up with something awesome for a two year old birthday and told him our budget (about $75) and gave him the delivery address in Florida of our niece and gave them our payment info. Within an hour we received a video of our niece playing with a teddy bear bigger than her and awesome balloons that said "Happy Birthday" and a personalized card from us. The delivery made it within an hour, the day was saved, our niece received a life size teddy bear and we were able to keep our title of the "Best Uncles" ever! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the team at Ft Myers Express Floral! Ian, you rock!

Just had flowers delivered to my best friend and his wife while she was in the hospital giving birth and am very disappointed in the product and customer service. My wife spoke to the gentleman and even sent a picture of what she wanted. She gave specific instructions as to how she wanted them to look. The gentleman told her that it was not a problem and then delivered something that was not what they had discussed. When she called to ask why he had not done what he agreed to do she was told that he did not have the correct flowers (after saying that it was not a problem and taking payment). She asked why he didnt tell her that so she could select something different and he said that they would go pick them up and bring back new ones. She told him that she found that idea to be tacky (going into the hospital room and taking back a floral delivery) to which he replied that he thought she was being tacky. The point is that he agreed to do something...didnt do what was discussed with his customer and then got annoyed when the customer asked about it. In my opinion this is not acceptable for a business. If you agree to provide a certain product and take payment for that product you need to deliver THAT product...he should have told her that he could not provide the product that she asked for and tried to help his customer with another option...not say OK then change the product and act defensive when simply asked a few questions.

I recently returned from my mini-vacation to Ft. Myers Beach, FL with my fiancé. We stole a long weekend from our usual jobs in Colorado Springs to spend Valentine’s Day at the beach. Although the weather has been rather nice here in Colorado, you just cannot beat that sweet Florida sunshine! I am usually not the most romantic of fellows, but I was struck by a stroke of genius by ordering a bouquet of flowers for my fiancé for her to wake up to on Valentine’s Day. After a brief search of the area, I came across Ft. Myers Express Floral. I called and spoke with their sales rep, John, who was incredibly helpful and suggested a few unique creations that their in-house floral designer customizes. I picked up the flowers from another polite gentleman, Ian. As it turns out our families have a lot in common based on our connection to the military with both of our fathers being stationed in Germany at the same time. What a small world! I highly recommend this floral shop for their family friendly service, exquisite floral designs, and competitive pricing.

This shop ROCKS!!! I have been a floral designer for more than 25 years. Every year my mother spends her birthday in Fort Myers with family. Every year this fabulous shop sends my mother an EXQUISITE arrangement. Both my mom and my aunt RAVE over the selection of flowers and the beautiful colors and how FRESH they are. You have made great fans of us all!!! Thank you once again for excellent service and an exceptional product. April Wallace Charlotte, N.C. P. S. I saw that review from that stupid guy who complained. Thats what happens when customers do not trust professionals. They try to buy seasonal, perishable flowers like theyre buying a car or a computer. They want to control everything and cannot visualize and then whine when its not perfect! Flowers are not perfect. Flowers are meant to be artistic and are a natural product. So, lesson learned: trust your local floral designer, THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING.

Very unprofessional in store Im sure online is easy ,so Im pretty sure I was just highly disrespected I believe Kim and George have no idea what they are doing selling long stem roses white, pink or red for $6 a piece first off when youre an owner of a business the customer is always right and if a customer is telling you that youre out of your mind and overpriced usually there are terms of negotiation that take place after That which I would know because I own my own business so A) you have a repeat customer and b) your soon to NOT BE customers dont read this. I believe the owner George or whatever his name might be just ran me out of the store and then ran to my car to see where I was from like I might not be from around town and I might be from a bigger better badder city, but I wasnt born yesterday and if you like real genuine people and good prices check out fort Myers florist best in southwest florida

My brother and I always take our mother to her radiation therapy appointments down at Lee Memorial Hospital. On the way to pick her up we stop here to get her white tulips, which are her absolute favorite. Dropping by to pick up the flowers is a real pleasure as Kim, the asian lady, is so warm and inviting. Whats more is that my brother is special needs and he always has to place the order and help choose the tulips; to which they oblige in the sweetest fashion. Although he can be difficult at times Kim and her son Ian are so kind and patient with him and it just warms my heart to know that there are good people out there in the world like them. Oh and I almost forgot, they always include a little card to my mother wishing her well, how absolutely sweet of them. Out of the other flower shops in the area, I dont know if youll get service with a smile and the care that you do here.
