If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I got on Creations By Lynns website, and I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my cousins birthday. My cousin sent me a thank you text that included a photo of the flowers. Needless to say it was NOT what I ordered. I paid extra money for larger flowers to be added (which were not added)-- total cost was over $65.00, and I added a balloon (which she never received) that was $4 or $5 extra. Grated I went with Creations by lynn because of the free shipping, however, I would rather spend the $12+ dollars at a credible florist than deal with this garbage again. After my cousin called me, I called the florist shop. Let me preface this, I was by no means rude.. I wanted to be kind so that they would rectify the pitiful floral arrangement they sent, and MAYBE credit me back the $5 for the balloon that was never delivered.. I spoke with a clerk, who was beyond rude, and she passed the phone to Lynn (the owner).. I explained to Lynn that not only did they spell the names wrong on the floral card (which she said she prints exactly what is sent to her.. She proceeded to spell out the card, and thats exactly what I typed, however thats not what was printed.. i will include photos in my next post), I laughed it off and told her we got a kick out of it, so not a big deal.. She then went into an excuse that the picture of the arrangement she was looking at was "pitiful" and "pathetic" so she ADDED extra flowers.. Ummm, there were ZERO large flowers added to the bouquet... It was tiny sweetheart roses and daisies.. I couldve gone to the local grocery store and selected a prettier bouquet for a heck of a lot less. Lynn then stated that she is extremely reputable, and she wanted to send 6 LARGE pink roses and a balloon to my cousin to make up for how unhappy I was with the display. I thanked her profusely and messaged my cousin to let her know another delivery was on its way!! My cousin sent me a video of the balloon literally 10 minutes later, laughing her butt off (because at this point we found this ridiculous and comical). The balloon string looked like it was mauled by a bear, and there were NO roses.. Just a balloon... I never called the florist back. I figured I would get on Yelp and post a wonderful review about my lovely service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish i wouldve gotten on and read other peoples reviews before ordering.. Its not worth the free delivery!! Lynn is very tacky, and her staff is rude. There are a ton of other "reputable" florists in the area.. Countryside has beautiful bouquets, just saying!!

My friend has been trying to send me flowers for a week now through 1-800-FLOWERS and I am guessing got connected with this business. She has been connecting with me daily to see if I had received my flowers and with each day that passes I give her the unfortunate news that I have not. 1-800-Flowers has been checking in with the delivery as well and yesterday (02-09-2016) they called me to see how happy I was with my flowers. I told them the honest answer, that "no, I did not receive my flowers" and they went on to tell me that the florist stated they had delivered them and apparently I signed for them! Obviously I told them that that information was incorrect and that I never signed for anything because I didnt! Also, upon delivering these flowers the delivery driver was suppose to call me beforehand because my doorbell does not work and I also never received a phone call. (and yes, they have all of the correct information for me). So today (02-10-2016) I get a phone call from 1-800-Flowers twice asking if I received the flowers, that they show "delivered" in their system and "no, I still have not received them.", is my reply to which they must have called the florist to tell them the situation. I then get a VERY frustrated phone call from an employee that works here asking if I had received flowers. I told her that I hadnt and still with frustration in her voice she goes on to tell me that their delivery driver told her that he had delivered them and again I told her "no" and that I could take video of everything in my house and send it to her and there would be no flowers here. The woman then said something along the lines of shell check with delivery driver again and soon after that we hung up. I must say of my eight years in customer service, no matter how frustrated with a situation I am, I have never taken it out on my customers or made them feel like they were lying! Shame on whoever I had spoken to, and while I understand everyone has bad days and maybe the situation sucks, your customers are your paycheck you should treat them kindly, with patience and respect. What ever you put into this world you get back. Thanks for making this experience a horrible one.

I was very disappointed in my recent experience. They have online ordering and my payment went through (showed up on my bank statement). However, the delivery wasn’t made on the Saturday I scheduled. Good thing this wasn’t for a wedding, funeral or even a hospital where the date was concrete! Then I called on Monday when they reopened, was told they had internet issues and I’d get an immediate call back. A few hours later they finally call and say they’ll deliver. Well that was after they asked if I still wanted them delivered…well of course I do. At first I thought they still weren’t going get there because they didn’t get them to the house until 5pm. More importantly, the order my grandma received looks nothing like the picture. I get using flowers in season, but it seems like they took creative license a little too far. Especially when I already had issues. Oh, and they didn’t even ask if they could discount or upgrade my order after the trouble. I try to order local, but never again.

My wedding was on May 17, 2014. After the wedding I moved to Boston and I never got a chance to write a review. I never take the time writing reviews by this place deserve it. I was blown away by the amazing job that Christine Stasek did for my wedding. I did show a picture of the flowers that I wanted and Christine did an amazing job. The wedding did occur in Akron and at that time I did live in Columbus. I called many places and since that day was the mothers day everything was busy. Christine not only was cheaper than most of the places I called, but she did an amazing job. Up to this day we still talk about the amazing flowers and how great they looked at our wedding.

I ordered a gift basket of flowers for my wife from CBL of Bereas website at approx. 7:30 AM on Monday the 17th of August. The stores hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, I believe, on Mondays. The delivery was no sooner than 1:30 PM that same day. The place it was delivered to was 1/2 of a mile away from CBL of Bereas store. As a consequence, my wife did not get the flowers until the next day. The arrangement was quite nice, the price was fine--everything was wonderful. BUT: 4+ hours to deliver one basket of flowers 1/2 mile is a head scratcher.
