Worst customer service I have EVER received. Last year, I ordered online from out of the country for delivery for a birthday gift. It wasnt delivered on the day and no note was left. I called the store to find out why and they told me theyd deliver it that day. I also called corporate to find out why it wasnt delivered and they told me Id hear from corporate in 48 hours. Instead of hearing from corporate, the store owner (Kevin) called me and yelled at me over the phone about trying to take his money from him (through way of a refund?) when I had never asked for a refund at all. He wouldnt let me speak, and when I did, he refused to answer my question (Why wasnt a note left on the delivery day so it could be picked up?). He kept yelling at me over and over until I yelled back and told him I would be calling corporate. When I called corporate, they initially told me there was nothing I could do, even though I was in near hysterics over the way I was treated. The complaint is being escalated but the fact that the owner somehow thinks it is appropriate to call customers and yell at them when they are dissatisfied makes me wonder how this place is still in business. Especially with all the negative reviews. Also, the product was picked up looking slimy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRANCHISE. Youre overpaying and dealing with someone who has no idea how to properly communicate with other people.

My husband had ordered an arrangement for my birthday that was on Monday, having it sent to my job. He texted me at like 11am all excited but it hadnt come yet, 2pm roles around, still not there, 4:15pm still not there. So he calls the store to figure out what is going on, the line is busy. So he calls a different store and they tell him they shut down the phone line because they were too overwhelmed. He then asked for a refund, in which he was directed to corporate. They said he would hear from the store within two days to discuss the refund. Well, the next day around 4:45 they decided to show up, mind you I normally get off at 5. I told the delivery man that this was supposed to be here yesterday, he said they were busy, I said that isnt my problem, when you order something to be somewhere on a certain day, and youre paying this much for it, it should be there. Regardless, I didnt want to argue at my job, signed for it and brought it home. It is by far the hardest, most sour fruit I have ever tasted. This place is a joke.

TERRIBLE.....ordered a Mothers Day gift to be delivered Sunday. They promptly processed my payment but never delivered the arrangement. Called customer service center who processed claim and informed me that I would receive a call within 48-72 hours or if I didnt want to wait I could call the store directly. I didnt wait and called several times where all I got was a busy signal. After the eighth or ninth time I finally got a person on the phone, gave them my order number and asked them why the arrangement was not delivered. The response was appalling...."well, we were too busy yesterday". When I asked her how that was a good enough answer she laughed and said she would ask her manager to refund my credit card but that would take 5-10 business days. Unbelievable....NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They should be out of business. Edible Arrangements is usually very reliable as they should be for what they charge, but this location needs to close down.

My husband ordered a Mothers Day Bouquet from the Clermont, FL location. They delivered it while we were away and left it with our neighbors. There was no note or phone call to let us know it was delivered. My husband called and no one could help us on the phone, the customer service rep just told us "we show it as being delivered but there is no record of who signed for it". I tried calling the store directly and I was placed on hold immediately until I finally got tired of waiting and hung up. The next day, our neighbors brought it to us and it was literally growing MOLD. Mothers Day was ruined since my husband was in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Apparently the bouquet was over $100. So Disappointing. I will never request anything from here again!!!

For Years we have been ordering Edible Arrangements all over the states...and I ordered from this location in Clermont , Florida and knowing how busy Mothers Day would be, I ordered to have the arrangement delivered Saturday versus Sunday... Its Monday and my arrangement order never arrived !!! These people clearly should not be in business!!! I tried calling all day Saturday ...all day Sunday and most of today with no success...all I got were answering machines or busy tones as if phone were off the hook. They were super quick to withdraw payment but obviously... DO NOT DELIVER !!!! Thieves !!! Stay away from this location ...this experience will have me ordering only after reading reviews !!!!

The wrost customer service Ive ever experienced. I ordered an arrangement on Friday night for my mother inlaw for Mothers Day to be devived on Sunday but unfortunately Sunday came and nothig was deliverd. After calling on Sunday no one was able to tell me when my order would be delivered. I called the customer service number that was provider and all they could do was tell me to call the store but when I called the store there is no answer or if there is an answer I was put on hold by an automated service. I called the store today and was on hold for over an hour. All I want is to know is when will my order be deliverd or refund me my money. I will never order from the company agin.

I ordered a very important sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a family member for same day delivery. I ordered it early in the morning expecting it to be delivered in the afternoon. However, to my surprise, the arrangement did not get delivered until almost 9 oclock at night! I am highly disappointed as it was not even able to be enjoyed because of this. We did buy a large size arrangement and for the amount of money we paid we are extremely disappointed in the delivery. If you are going to order from this franchise, DO NOT have it delivered. I would recommend picking it up that way you can actually receive it in a timely manner. Disappointing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I ordered an arrangement 3 days early and they couldnt delivery it on the specified time. They wont answer the phone either and when you call the main customer service line to get some help those idiots tell you to "CALL THE STORE". I would if they answered the phone!! Then when you try to cancel an order they "CANT CANCEL THE ORDER" AND "CANT TRANSFER THE ORDER TO ANOTHER STORE" This is ridiculous. NEVER ORDER EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS. This store is either our to business or the whole franchise has problems. I actually think it is the latter. There is no way to get help from them! Pathetic!!

Ordered an arrangement online around 7am for delivery the same day. The arrangement was never delivered. I attempted to contact the location many times throughout the day and only received either a busy signal or was put on automated hold indefinitely (the longest time was over 15min). The next day I attempted to call several times and reached a recording for their voicemail. I submitted a request to cancel and believe it or not...I have not heard anything. The online tracking has shown "Pending" the whole time. Send flowers or pick another company, this location obviously is not worried about their customers/orders.
