I highly dont recommend going here. I purchased an atv here and was trying to get a free helmet, shirt or something. Because i was buying a 9000 dollar atv. I mention it a couple of times to try to get something with the purchase and the sales manager Mike told me he couldnt give anything away because of the deal he gave me. I had called around the day before and his price was one of the highest. The problem was no one had it in stock so i decided to pay a few hundred more dollars to get it that day. When I was about to feel paper work out i mention to him one more time about something free and he literally told me to leave his store and was not going to sell me the atv because i was bashing him about free stuff when he already supposely cut me a "deal" and this was infront of many customers. Finally after i calmed him down and i told him i didnt want anything but my atv. I did the paper work and left with the atv. I will never go to any Kevin Powell store again. I couldnt believe how a manager could treat a customer like that. On top of everything he called me a bad customer. Only reason a give a 2 star is because the parts department was nice to me. DO NOT GO HERE

We looked online at the inventory, which you have to enter your name, email, and phone number. There really wasnt anything we saw that was what we were looking for. My husband was contacted multiple times wanting to know when we were coming to look. He told her we were looking for a used side by side and she looked at the inventory and assured us that there were several on the Winston Salem lot to look at. He told her we would come on Saturday but they continued to bug him about coming before that. We did drive 54 minutes one way (50 miles) to see the used inventory. When we arrived there we were quickly approached and asked how we could be helped. We asked about the used inventory but were told they did NOT have any used inventory. Needless to say we were not very happy about being lied to. We were told we would be removed from the call list but he didnt ask for our phone number so it could be removed then he proceeded to try to sell us a new side by side atv. These guys may have good new inventory and good prices but they will lie to get you in the door. We will not be buying from them.

If your reading this your probably worried like I was. My local dealers were saying their is no way you can buy that for that price. They will either say they sold that one, or will add a lot of fees to raise the price. I was very concerned about making a 90 mile trip to only be mad and disappointed. One dealer even offered me money to bring him my "Bill of Sale" if I got it at that price. Well, I can assure you I have a brand new Polaris Sportsman in my basement and I am very happy. Mike the store manager is a man of his word. He honored the price exactly as advertised. Matt the finance man was wonderful to deal with, and Kyle showed me everything I needed to know about the machine before I left. He even loaded it for me. I have had no dealings with the service dept. but I highly recommend the sales staff. They do what they say they will do, and your well taken care of. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great job Mike, Matt, and Kyle!!!

I searched all over looking (WV, VA, SC and TN) for a 800 Ranger and could not beat the prices at Kevin Powell Motorsports. The customer service was great, prices where great and the rides are great. Then I hit the service deportment for my scheduled services and was treated great. From start to finish they at (KPM) have been professional in every aria. They even help out with some of the Wounded Warriors projects or veterans programs that I’m involved with. I challenge you to find a better price anywhere or when you think you found the best price. Give Mike S. at Greensboro location a call and give him a chance at a better price for you. No I’m not an employee I am a satisfied customer that purchased several Polaris’s and Yamahas from their inventory and have been treated with respect and the way customers should be treated. I called and indicated what I wanted. I was told Winston had what I wanted. I also mentioned I had submitted a credit app and upon review was told I met the criteria. So my dumb self drove there and only had scooters which I saw one I liked...$4500, i was told on phone call last of month best time to buy. I also asked if there was military discounts, I was told yes. Fast forward. I was told I was approved with a cosigner and wasnt sure if I needed a down payment..huh. I told them never had a cosigner and werent about to start. I have good credit, I asked ...nothing late and guaranteed income. Remember the $4500,l asked how much cash out the door.... just over $5000...what happen to my military and end of month discounts. I lost 5 points on my credit and added a inquiry for nothing.

Have visited KPM multiple times within the past couple months! Couldnt ask for a better experience. Amanda was the sales person for most of my visits, she was very helpful, and went above and beyond to help me with my purchases and to help me get approved, along with the help of Matt who was also a tremendous help! Buying anything new is stressful, but with these guys help I felt at ease and they made me feel right at home, what should have been a stressful experience went by with out any issues and I couldnt be happier! I will definitely be back! Would recommend Kevin Powell to anyone in the market! Go see Amanda or Matt, I promise you will NOT be disappointed!

Just bought a new Boulevard. Love it! I contacted KPM in the summer, Jason was very communicative. I came back in September and they gave me a really good deal. I bought some extras and they were fast and installed great. I cant say enough about the team there. Everybody was willing to help even though I was an indecisive buyer. When Jason was unavailable, Tommy stepped in and got me squared away. I would recommend you go there for your next bike. Only thing is, Corporate will let you know they are there. Expect a few calls from them to make sure you are taken care of, Ill take a few calls instead of nobody reaching out. Thanks again guys!

I will never go here again. I drove about sixty miles to look at a used motorcycle they had on their website. I called about the bike before I drove there, salesman said the bike is here and really nice. When I get there the bike is gone, I ask someone about it they tell me they sent it to auction earlier in the week. So I start looking at a new bike MSRP 5299. I get price quote with tags and everything for nearly 7000. Thats 1700 in tax, tags, and destination charge, seems pretty outrageous. I get price quote for same bike at another dealership it is 6097. So if u like to overpay and get terrible service then this the place to go.
