We had two options of dealers to work with that had the same 2010 Honda Sabre we were looking at. Both dealerships were 2 ½ hours travel time away. One of the dealers was Honda of Winston-Salem in NC and the other was Honda of Sumter in SC. Honda of Winston-Salem had a special low price, but after reading their Google reviews, we were a little concerned about doing business with them. We wanted a walkout price just a little cheaper, so we called both places to see what each dealer was willing to work on with us. I had called Honda of Sumter first, and the Sales Manager made me aware of current incentives through Honda and was very willing to work with me. He gave us the price, we were looking for and then some additional perks that Honda had available. So, I called Honda of Winston next to see if they could match or go lower, since they were actually advertising the lower priced bike. I spoke with a Sales Manager, Eugene. When I gave him the walk-out price we were wanting to negotiate, he stated “you and everyone else” wants that pricing! I was taken aback; I realized the dynamics were already being set by him in this phone call. I had asked about the financing and other perks that he was willing to work with, and he had told me they only applied to Gold Wings. He didn’t give me diddly to work with! I wasn’t sure which dealer was giving me the run around. So I called Sumter again to clarify on the incentives and they were valid! So I then actually went online at Honda Winston to triple check financing and additional terms. I called Eugene again, and told him I was looking at the information right on-line. It stated that the financing and additional terms were up to the dealer. His response was “we are not a financing company!” (uhm, Honda Financing?) At that point, I had no interest in dealing with Honda of Winston! Eugene actually called me back the next day to apologize that he was incorrect, but he still wasn’t fully aware of what they could offer for incentives. I was done with any further business dealing at that point. Their reviews for rude service are a common thread and are very true! Not once, but twice we were given reasons to avoid this dealership completely!! We took our money and customer loyalty to Honda of Sumter in SC.

I bought used Yamaha there went to pick it up they were charging the battery .I asked if it was any good they assured me it was got it home week later warm enough to ride battery dead had only 9 amps $120 dollars then got call plates were in they told me they send them to me being I live in High Point .Guess what COD 5 dollars then on top of that they assured me there top mechanic changed oil well they must have used old oil because it was black .it a water cooled bike it was almost out of fluid wtf did ya even look at it .It didnt have manual so have no idea what if anything was done to maintain it .Also the deal i made with them was for them to pay for plate the plate was a 3 month tag cost them $25 the tax was $31 WTF !!! they lied to me and smiled? beware of this place shady place .I have the money to buy new and wanted to find a place that was honest .Not this place I will never go there again Dirty cheaters....ZERO STARS....

Zero Stars!!!!! Lying Manager!!!!!!! Lying Salesman!!!! and Bad Parts service!!! Brandon J. Salesman: Told me the atv had more power then it really had!!! Parts: Sold my parts i ordered to another customer!!! drove an hour up there and only one of my five parts i ordered was there. They told me on the phone everything was there!! One part didnt fit at all. Parts Man. Chris Did what he could in his power to fix the parts problem at the time. just on you being nice and trying i give you 4 stars..... Mark the Manager told me there is nothing he can do to help because i purchase the atv $8 blow invoice. What a bunch of bull. How does a business pay the electric bill, phone bill, pay employees etc etc!! Losing money on sales ?!?!?! I sure Honda of Winston made money you are a business you have to make money. but dont lie about that when people are purchasing bike below cost!

Well they seem to know what theyre doing but keep giving me the run around about why a part hasnt come in yet. Theyve had my bike for a month now. When i dropped it off they said a week, called at the end of that week they said a few days, called in a few days, they said a few days. Finally got a little upset and went in there saturday. Supposed to get a call tomorrow morning. If i dont get a call by the end of tomorrow some cane will be raised. Edit: They were supposed to call me this morning its about 3pm im pretty pissed now. These guys are absolutly worthless and i cant comprehend how they stay in business. Do not go here if your debating on what shop to go to. This is ridiculous. These guys will lie to your face in a heartbeat. They need to make a negative star rating here. Out of 5 negative stars i give 6.

Im in the process of purchasing my second motorcycle from Honda of Winston-Salem, the first was a new 2014 Can Am Spyder ST-Limited. Ive shopped around, and havent found the same level of respect and honesty in dealings before and after the sale with a motorsports dealer anywhere else. Id forgotten what a joy they were to deal with until this recent decision to add a motorcycle to my garage. Since I was looking for a used bike, I shopped other area dealers in Greensboro and Winston-Salem first - and I really wasnt prepared for the sales tactics, pressure, and disrespect that I encountered elsewhere. HondaWS doesnt insist that you "play the game" or make you jump through hoops to negotiate. Now Im starting the process of buying another machine from them, and Im happy about it. Really. Happy.

Well service sucked at first, seemed to be bothered by having to show me something(s). Got great service by only one person after they learned that I wasnt just there for accessories. When they found out I was a very serious buyer one person stepped up. I was let down rather quickly. But nonetheless great service for a few minutes. Oh, and what kind of dealership cant make factory keys? The next dealer had the honda I wanted, got me approved, altered the bike to my taste, and offered to help with further alterations in less than 20 minutes. This was at the close of business and then they delivered it to my home way out of the way free of charge and immediately. They are still willing to teach me new things and you better bet I try there first for anything.

DO NOT GO HERE! they are crooks there service people lied to my face in front of a witness terrible experience! Was told it would be cover user warranty and then they said it wasnt they did not even put the bike back together when they have it back to me! I had to pay 179.00 dollars for nothing when the bike is still under warranty. Fell like I was robbed! Kid will tell you he is the owner! When its really his dad thats is called lying! If you know whats good for you do not go here they made me wait 15 days aswell! They will never get my business agian! And I hope you do not give you yours! They we not be in business long if they treat there customers like this! I will be reporting them to BBB tomarrow!
