On December 25,2015 I went to the dealership, completed a financial application on a 2015 Kawasaki 1700. The dealership was closed on the 25/27. On December 28,2015 I was called by the dealership told that Kawasaki would not finance me. The Finance Manager advised me that Honda would finance me. I was shown couple of different Honda cycle none of which as you would said caught my eye. The salesman keep bring me back to a 2014 Honda 1300 CTX. After little time and repeated pushing I purchase the 1300 CTX. While disgusting the motorcycle I was NEVER offered a test ride; which they should of, so I could see how it ran. The dealership was suppose to have advise me I could do a test ride. I completed all the paperwork, got on the 1300 and began to drive off. I rode the motorcycle couple of block. I feel very uncomfortable with the motorcycle if I had gone on a test ride would have not completed the purchase. I called the salesman immediately ,to advise him I was on my way back , did not want the motorcycle. I was told I couldnt just return the motorcycle as the sale is final. Upon getting home reviewing the paperwork GAP insurance was NOT added as requested. I called to talk to the finance manager who stated it could not be add at that time. I was at never advised that Honda discontinued manufacturing the 1300 CTX in 2014 due to it not be a popular product. I havent rode the motorcycle except to move it from place to place with a FOR SALE sign, attempting to sell the motorcycle. After paying for the motorcycle for approximately 18 months ; not using it , I spoke with Honda Financial too see what my alternative were. I am in the process of doing a voluntary repo to relieve the stress. I felt I was pushed into buying said motorcycle as the dealership needed to get it off the showroom. I felt I also should have paid a lower price do to a lot of rebates I was not advised of.

I bought a Kawasaki Ninja 650R. At first I wanted a Triumph and backed out last moment so I appreciate the time they spent with me. Their parts department prices are higher than online but when youre calculating freight and the 15% discount that can be used buying other equipment its not bad, especially since its hard to try helmets and jackets online. I did have a couple minor problems. The first will probably be resolved. They owe me a registration refund but they havent really notify me or sent me a refund in the mail. Also, my new plates were never sent to me. Eventually, I got them on my 1st service but they should have been mailed like any other dealer. Also, they didnt fasten my temporary plate correctly and I almost scratched my bike and lost the tag as a result. Theyre human. The other problem I have is that when you call them they ask you to press numbers. My iphone, which is a fairly common calling device does not register in their phone system so I finally figured out if I listen to the message 3x which take several minutes I will get through to the operator. I told the salesperson and the sales manager but they failed to recognize this as a problem because it has not been corrected. If that company was mine this would be an alarm as potentially 25% of the callers who are not as patient as me would abandon their call and I guarantee you they are loosing business as a result. On the other hand the personnel is very nice. This includes the sales people, manager and service manager who even remembered my name after a month. They gave me an excellent deal on the bike and have a good choice of brands and bikes. I would recommend them if youre buying a new bike.

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT FRAUD!!! I took my 2007 Kawasaki 250r ninja at 8500 in for a valve adjustment because it was making engine noise. Turns out the valves were in spec and the cam-chain tensioner failed jamming at max tension they told me. It was going to cost $1100 in labor to replace the chain and guides, but they cleaned the tensioner and was on my way for $160. I replaced the tensioner with a new one then I took it to a friend for a second opinion and the valves were to tight and out of spec at .03 and the chain and guides were in mint condition no scratches or issues at all. On top of that the coolant gasket wasnt touched or replaced, it was compressed to max and looked like they didnt even open the engine head. which allowed oil to get in my coolant. My guess is they cleaned the tensioner and said the valves were in spec doing nothing else. Beware of the skinny old blond guy in glasses that works on Kawasakis he did this work and is really rude. Ps ill remove this if u give me back my money *update now at 12000 miles and no issues after fixing their work, im sure i wouldent have gotten that far if i didnt get a second opinion and fix the problems they said where fine.*

WOW! Trying to order the most basic parts is like pulling teeth. Even with the exact part number I had to drive there to show them exactly what I needed. After calling me to tell me my parts had arrived I went on my day off to pick it up. When I arrived I was greeted with a "what do you want" I didnt let it bother me because I figured I would be out of there in a minute anyway. After the rudeness THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG PART! I told them it wasnt the right part and they looked at me like it was my fault and blamed me even though I gave them the part number and the name of the part. After asking them to send it to my address they tried to charge me for shipping so now I have to wait another week to go back to that $*** hole to pick it up and see what comes this time. I will never give them my business again and suggest that anybody that wants avoid wasting their time for parts go somewhere, ANYWHERE else.

NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BIKE!!! Took my bike in for a new back tire, picked it up and not even two blocks down the street the oil light comes on and the bike shuts off. I have never had an issue like that before. When I checked the oil it was bone dry! The only explanation is the oil was intentionally drained. To make matters worse, I took the bike for a ride after replacing the oil of course, only to have the bike repeatedly lose full power randomly. I inspected everything and found the main fuse under the seat had been pried apart just enough to cause a loose connection! Luckily Im mechanically inclined and diagnosed the problem myself, the next customer may not be so lucky! I will never have them touch my bike again and warn everyone I know to take there bike elsewhere!

I have a 06 honda vtx 1300c. Tried to do a valve adjustment on my own but was in over my head. Called these guys and spoke to stew and he told me no worries well take good care of you. I brought my bike up up there and they ordered the valve cover gaskets I needed and did the valve adjustment for me. Great service start to finish and great communication along the way. The stayed at exactly what the quoted me and the bikes better than ever. Fantastic experience with the service department and Brian was also very informative and knowledgeable about my machine. Highly recommend.
