Coming from California where Ducati bikes are all over, youd think theyd have A+++ service. NOT THE CASE! Not trying to write a novel here, but since the very first day walking into Atlantic Motors...i felt like i was HOME. I was a new rider to the area so i went to AM to establish service. Yamil (service manager) introduced himself and began a very welcoming conversation to include tips on maintaining my 2007 Ducati 1098, tips on where to ride and advice on how to ride. Right away, i knew this was going to be a good service relationship. My very first service/repair experience was nothing but pleasant. While in my mind i thought i was going to be "taken" as was the case on the west coast, Yamil walked me through the process and explained exactly what was needed. He didnt sugar coat anything, he was very clear, to the point and knowledgeable. He then took me to meet Lucho (the MASTER Technician - "my own words") who as well, explained just what he saw, what the cause was and what he recommended not for a quick fix, but for bike longevity. To put it bluntly, my bike was a lemon and i beat the seeds out of it. They told it to me straight that i needed to take better care of my bike and not ignore the little things. I stand (well im actually sitting) today telling all readers that my bike is running like it has never run before and i owe it equally to Yamil and Lucho. Thank you both for your tough love and your expert advice and KEEPING THE DUC ALIVE!!!!!!!!

I bought my 2015 Ducati Diavel Cromo from 2 Wheels World online. Catalina, Sales Rep and Bill, Finance Rep were awesome! These guys are in Florida and I am in Texas, however never felt so comfortable buying anything online as I did with them. I have never made such a big purchase online. This was my first, and probably except these guys, I will not be making any other big purchases online. Catalina, from the start was very professional and honest. She sent me videos, pictures via text, quick in responses and we closed the deal within hours. This bike was a demo and only had 4 miles on it. They fired it up and facetime me so I could see the bike, to make sure I know what I am getting, in fact pointed things that I hadnt noticed in the pictures. Also sent me a complementary Battery tender, as the bike was winterized for a while. Great Price, Excellent Customer Service, cant say enough about them! Bill didnt let me off until I got my title from Ducati Financials after paying off the bike. It got shipped to me and Bill made sure he shipped the bike with someone he could trust and constantly kept me posted on the progress of the shipment. I highly recommend 2Wheels World to anyone who is looking for a fair price, and to deal with great folks!

I found my dealership. I recently visited another Ducati dealer down south and very close to where I live. To say that I felt completely ignored and unappreciated would be an understatement. No one greeted me, and even when I asked for help the rep was completely uninterested and brushed me off as soon as another customer walked in. I watched a sales rep there berate a customer in front of other customers. So I decided that if Im going to get a bike that I plan to keep for years, it should be from a dealer who I trust. I drove over an hour to get to 2 Wheels World and it was well worth it. Ian greeted me with a smile and was a pleasure to talk to. He showed me around and answered all of my questions. He was honest and very knowledgeable. The other sales people were courteous and helpful to anyone who walked in. It takes less than a minute to see why this dealership has such high ratings. These guys are professionals and they are old school in their customer service. Needless to say. I ordered my bike with them, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used motorcycle.

This is how business should be done. I have been looking in many places for a standard triumph speed triple these past 2 months, and I cant even describe how glad I was that Two Wheels world was the placed I ended up doing business with. After dealing with a few dealerships and their overall not so good costumer service, I came across two wheels world. It took me 5 mins on the phone to realize this was the place, Omar and Jim were extremely helpful and professional, they got me what I wanted in a fast, simple, reliable and friendly way. When I got to the store, they were past their closing time and they still made business with me with a smile on their faces, which was unheard of. Omar, Jim and Catalina deserve all the credit, because their service was simply stellar. They also offer a spectacular plan for bike servicing, however it didnt work for me because Im 2h away from the dealer, but you should definitely check it out. If youre out for a triumph or a ducati, you shouldnt be looking anywhere else. I couldnt be happier with my blue triumph speed triple.

This business is always full and there is a reason. Last year I bought my Monster and was really nice. Yesterday I went again to get a Diavel and Im so happy with everything. It took like 6 hrs to me (Ive no idea why), but they were really nice people all the time, they order food and they asked me if I want to eat, coffee, water and multiple apologize for taking so long. I stil has a wonderful experience there, no doubt Ill be back there if I need to, even if I have ducati miami A LOT CLOSER, Ill go to Ducati Forza. Also they have a lot of cloths shoes, etc... EDIT: I have being a loyal customer of this place for 3+ years, BUT after 18 month My motorcycle start failing, still under warranty which is OK, they funny thing is they take 5 days just to check to see what is wrong and 2 weeks to received the piece, so if you new bike start failing you need at least 3 weeks waiting, and you have to calling them all the time because they are too busy to return a freaking phone call, what a pain

Wow! just wow. Just walking into the store itself was breathtaking. If you have a love for bikes like I do its like walking into heaven but thats not what makes this place because that feeling can be walking into any bike shop. The reason I will recommend this dealership to anyone who comes my way is because of how nice and respectful the staff is. I came to the store with my brother and father and we met with Jim. He was super sweet, very patient, and super helpful. He didnt push us or give us into anything which I really appreciated. Overall he was great and when I go to buy my bike I will be asking for him. Although he was great we got to talk to a few of the staff as well and just in general nice and generous people! I completely get why they are the 3rd biggest dealership in the nation, they dont need to sell you anything you walk in there just wanting to buy, great choices by Omar (who was also very attentive and kind). Thanks again guys! will be seeing you again soon!
