If there were negative numbers I would use them for my experience here. My son needed repairs for a minor starting problem and a full diagnostic to check out any unknown issues on a used scooter he had purchased. It was explained to me that it was an additional $35.00 fee on top of any repair costs for a full diagnostic which is the appropriate rate. After this was done and a few repairs were made I paid the transaction with my credit card. My son picked up the scooter and that is where the real nightmare began. The scooter broke down within five miles and ten minutes of leaving the shop. Upon returning the scooter to the shop he was told that the battery was bad as was the electrical charging system. I contacted the shop and talked to them and was told that the "diagnostic fee" I paid did not cover the whole bike only the "starting problem in question". This absolutely was NOT what we discussed and I did check with other shops, many of whom stated that they do charge a diagnostic fee for a full diagnostic on a scooter but NOT to investigate a specific repair problem. When I asked why they had not checked the battery during a "full diagnostic" or the checked the electrical system I was told that, "they dont do that"!! Really? So what exactly did I pay a diagnostic fee for then? So I again reminded them that I paid for a full diagnostic, the owner became very ugly and started yelling and became very threatening towards me He demanded that I. "get that bike out of his shop TODAY". I calmly stated that we would be there shortly. When my son arrived to pick up the scooter an hour later he was told that they were "holding the bike" even though the charges for the repairs had been paid three days earlier. The owner was behaving like a five year old having a temper tantrum and had ridiculously reversed the charges from my credit card and demanded cash payment instead. He became so abusive and unreasonable that we had to call the police and had to pay cash to get our property returned. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place, particularly if you are a woman, since they seem to like to bully women there and they have a problem with being honest about their work and holding up their end of a business transaction. Attempting to retain my sons property just added the icing to the cake. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this business and its practices as well.

An update to my review. Buyer beware. Remember what you are buying, a cheep scooter for almost twice what you pay online. And they are the same scooters you would buy online so be ready for the pitch. Also maintenance and warranty is based on kilometers not miles, so do your homework. Original review Im not from here and had been to three scooter shops. The owner here was the only one to tell me the true cost of the scooter including taxes, fees and regerstation cost. He was real honest. The other guys were going to sell me a scooter and let me figure all that other stuff on my own. Im so glad I bought my scooter from these guys. They also took care of all the paper work. I just had to go back to get the tag when it came in. I do recommend them for a scooter. They also do the warranty work. One stop scooter shop.

This place is the worst. I brought my scooter there to have it turned into a trike. After 3 months I went to pick it up and while it looked great after a few rides I realized their workmanship was crap. I found missing bolts and nuts that they claim were put in my hand upon pickup. Why would they leave them out in the first place. The rear shocks bottomed out after the kit was installed but they said this was normal. After arguing with them they said they would find me stronger shocks. That was 4 months ago and I have heard nothing. the whole bike shakes when ridding and is very unsafe. I have since removed the kit to turn the bike back into 2 wheels and I have found only 1 bolt holding the left bracket in place and holes drilled in my swing arm for no reason. I have also asked for all my old parts back and have never received them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner for starters acts like a loan shark, not a great first impression. I took my scooter to be fixed, they ended up breaking my fuel gage in the process, and never fixed the original issue. They then got real nasty when I told them I wanted my money back. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Trust me I had friends trying to buy scooters here and I told them they are better off getting a Ruckus from the Honda and Kawasaki down the road (and no Im not from the Honda store I just bought a cbr from them and they are awesome best mechanics ever) so yeh I would have the Honda mechanics work on any scooters you have too, the idiots at Treasure Coast Scooters needless to say suck.

Outstanding Customer Service! These Guys Genuinely Care. Wither its purchasing your 1st scooter, or performing repairs. They will Go The Extra Mile. I Was New To The World Of Scooters. They Took The Time To Help Me Find The Right Bike, Based On My Needs. Im Very Pleased With The Quality Of The Scooter I Purchased. I Strongly Recommend Treasure Coast Scooters. 10 Months Later, Ive purchased my 2nd scoot from Treasure Coast Scooters. Great Deal on a used model, with low miles. Decided to go bigger this time, due to the higher posted speed limits in my area. If you live locally, i would recommend a Big Bore Kit on a 50cc - Minimum. Thanks again Treasure Coast Scooters.
