Worst bike shop on the Treasure Coast! Confrontational staff! I got my sons bike repaired there (so we thought). He had a small wreck September of 2013. Our insurance company (Geico) paid Buds for the repairs. Once fixed (again, so we thought) we decided to put the bike on consignment there since my son was leaving for the Army in a few months. I checked up on the bike after about a month and they said they had a buyer but determined they didnt fix it properly and were waiting on a part. About 7 months later the part was still on back order AND NO BIKE OR BUYER! I finally went there and said I wanted to sell the bike privately. They gave me some B.S. story that the part was still on back order but if they paid something like $200 they would be next in line for the part. Was I supposed to care if they were to pay extra for something that was supposed to have been fixed already and settled with the insurance company!?!?!? They supposedly got the part and fixed the bike. My wife called them and said we really didnt want to drive the bike home because of the weather and for the fact the bike is too small for me to drive 13 miles. They were nice enough to throw it on the back of their trailer and bring it to us. They wouldnt even start the bike up when it got here. They rolled it off the trailer and then pushed it up our driveway and into the garage. I waited a few days (busy with work) to start it and it was sluggish. I figured it was sitting around for a while and it was to be expected. I waited another week and had a hard time starting it again and it rode rough, again I was thinking it was sitting around for a while. Third time I started it (I had the bike back just over a month) and I let it idle for a couple of minutes to warm up. I left the bike for literally a minute and a half and when I came back out the motor was smoking and oil dripping in my garage. I called Bud and he said hed be more than happy to look at it for a charge. IM GLAD I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY RIGHT AFTER I SPOKE TO BUD. I ASKED THEM FOR THE ODOMETER READING WHEN THE BIKE HAD THE ACCIDENT AND COMPARED IT TO WHAT THE BIKE HAS ON IT NOW. ONLY 18 MILES WERE PUT ON IT IN ALMOST A YEAR AND ABOUT 2 OF THOSE MILES ARE FROM ME RIDING IT AROUND TO KEEP IT UP! It is in the insurance companies hands now and they said it is looking good for us. If we didnt consign the bike and left when it was "fixed" the first time, we would have been responsible for the $200 part and labor, and this came from Bud himself! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING. BUYER BEWARE!

For two months I shopped for my first Harley visiting more than 20 shops being discouraged because of my experiences at these shops. I heard from several people to stop wasting time and go to Budz even know it was over 100 miles away. So I finally went but figured I was wasting my time. I can tell you it was such a GREAT experience. From NO salesmen being pushy, to so many nice bikes to choose from, at prices lower than other shops I have visited. All employees and Bud himself helped me pick a great bike that fits what I was looking for. It was relaxing to talk to people about bikes like a friend not just trying to make a sale. What a AMAZING experience I had from picking out the bike to getting paper work done, so easy. Budz, I love my bike and will drive the distance to have you take care of my baby. My only suggestion is, we could use a Budz in my area :} but I will be wearing the tires off and coming to see you. Thanks for changing my motorcycle world

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!.......WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED I WAS WALKING AROUND THE LOT FOR 25 MINUTES THEY WOULD WALK BY AND NOT EVEN GREET YOU,THEN I GOT TIRED AND FINALLY WALKED THREW THE DOOR AND A YOUNG GIRL TOLD ME THEY WERE A MOM AND POP BUSINESS THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON THE OWNER.....SO AFTER WAITING ANOTHER 15 MINUTES HE SAID GIVE ME A MINUTE ILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY I TOLD HIM OK NO PROBLEM......WHEN HE DECIDED TO ATTEND ME HE SAID WHAT DO YOU NEED I DONT HAVE MUCH TIME AT THIS POINT I NEW NO CUSTOMER SKILLS WERE PRESENT AND THAT HE DIDINT HAVE NO HOSPITALITY TOWARDS HIS CLIENT....HE RESPONDED BACK WITH ((WHAT DO YOU THINK IM GOING TO DO KISS YOURE ASS))HE SAID THIS IS NOT NO HARLEY DEALER AND SAID NOW IM GETTING WET JUST STANDING OUTSIDE................AT THIS PIONT I PUT THE TOP ON THE BOTTLE AND REALIZED NOTHING HERE WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.............PS I DROVE 300 MILES JUST BECAUSE I SAW A FEW DECENT BIKES,WHAT A WAIST OF TIME!!!

I have read the reviews and most where very good and two where not. One says they are another dealer so I did not put much into that one. I went to Budz and was greeted by Bud after a few minutes of being there. He was friendly and introduced himself. Bud then asked if I had any questions and explained that he does not like to stand over customers while they are looking. This was a different experience as I had just came from Power Sports in Stuart and they where vultures. At first I was taken back by it but I found myself enjoying myself with my wife looking at the different bikes. Once I had some questions I walked in the shop and was greeted by two other employees. They explained Bud was on the phone and would be right with me. Once Bud came out he answered all my questions and tried to help me make a good decisions based on my needs. He did just that. We love our new bike from Budz

Amazing staff, work with their customers, they take your concerns seriously, they make good on their promises. Went in for a battery and advice. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. They walked me through how to apply special gasket sealer to my bike free of charge. They gave me advice that led to the quick repair of my motorcycle. I came to buzz chrome nuts a year ago on vacation and was really upset that they didnt have my parts in stock. The owner remembered that incident and personally came over and gave me a discount on my parts, he threw in a couple of extras when he didnt have to. He assured me that he scoured everywhere in the shop for my headphones and that they could turn up nothing. I ordered a battery, and arrive next day, they filled it with acid and had it charged on time as they told me they would.

Great Shop Great People. Any time i have a question they will take the time to sit down and help with the Answer. When i came around last year looking for my first bike Bud sat down with me and went over what would be a good safe starter bike for me. I felt like he cared more about my happiness with the bike and my safety rather than his paycheck. Since then whenever i need an upgrade or just regular maintenance i bring it back to Brent who always goes over everything that he is going to do and why it needs to be done. i have never felt like i have overpaid and from what other shops were charging i clearly got great deals, i will be returning to Budz for a Second bike in the near Future.
