DEFINITIVAMENTE LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA Compramos un jet Ski en el boat show, dejamos todo pagado quedando en ir a recogerlo en el transcurso de la semana y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no podian entregarnos porque teniamosn que pagar 1000 $ mas del precio que ya habiamos pagado, indicando que la persona que nos hizo el contrato de venta (RAFA) no sabia bien los precios y que ellos no tenian ni nguna ganancia. De forma muy mal educada y para nada profesional se negaron a emitirnos una copia del contrato de venta y del recibo como comprobante de pago indicando que solo lo hacen via email, cuyo email jamas llego. Pedimos que nos devuelvan el dinero ya que nosotros habiamos pagado por el jetski y el trailer y se negaron a entregarnos lo que YA HABIAMOS PAGADO. Sin embargo al momento de la devolucion no pudieron retornarnos el dinero indicando que habiamos pagado con cheque, cuando el pago lo hicimos con una tarjeta. PESIMO SERVICIO, PROFESIONALISMO CERO Y EL PERSONAL MUY MAL EDUCADO, GABRIEL Y RAFA PESIMO SERVICIO.

..solid service department! Best out of all the BMS locations... watercraft/moto tech Oscar in service is a genius and the other techs are no slouches... service advisor Mike is a great dude ...finally in parts, Jonathan is a parts sales associate that actually sells you what you need without pushing unnecessary products, awesome! ...I havent dealt with the sales department yet, but once I do Ill be sure to comment on that experience ...but as far as parts and service, you will not find a nicer or more knowledgeable staff ...especially when it comes to Oscar, Mike and Jonathan ...cheers and safe riding!

Excellent experience overall. John Smith did a great job tending to all my maintenance requests, including a last minute one. Very friendly, professional, attention to detail service and unfortunately not very common in South Florida. We will be back for all of our motorcycle needs.
