Bought an 03 HD Heritage Softail Anniversary Edition. Bike arrived and I did not notice the chip in the tank until the driver left. And he was trying to leave the minute the bike was dropped off, no inspection time at all. He worked for Dixie Cycle so he must have known. I had to ask for a quick brief of the bike from him. Why I missed the chip in the tank I dont know. Excited I guess. I should have called right then and had the owner call the driver to bring it back. It had been touched up with a swipe of paint as unprofessional as white out on paper. Little did I know the paint on these anniversary bikes was probably the most complicated to touch up or re-paint as any in Harley history, a two part process that costs thousands. Good luck matching the paint for touch ups. I called the owner after my frustration was rampant when a timing cover bolt had snapped and changing out the oil which was black as midnight and was told "oh, you want a NEW bike. You can send it back". At that point, sending it back with back and forth delivery fees and what I had done to fix it up would have cost me close to $2,000 down the toilet so I kept working on it. I have worked a year off and on to get it back in shape. Had to buy a new tank as not only was it chipped outside, the inside coating was peeling off. You see, the bikes there are not checked for problems, the video you see him make does not note any defects or scratched chrome. I learned a lesson that day, NEVER trust anyone selling you something even if he seems like a good person. He even had a problem with me signing my email with my military rank. 21 years of service spending half away from my family is hard to overcome when you retire. I lost a bond with my daughter because of it. If you dont like it, tell me to my face. You sold me a bike over blue book value I had to beg my bank to finance and you lied about the condition and dont like my military achievements. I dont care how many bikes you sell, you are a low life, lying thief that every so often sells a bike by accident that as good as you say it is.

Ok, so they listed a great bike at a great price. I ran there to go buy it with pure excitement! I walked in and told the gentle man exactly what I was looking. He walked me to the bike and i fell in love with it!!!!!!! he didnt say a word, but i dont care cause The bike sold itself. I told him right away that i wanted it and im ready to buy! I feel out the paper work and was sent home. Whole thing was weird to me because from the time to the time i walked out, only maybe three sentences was said to me. No one asked me to put a down payment or anything! They just told me to wait on the financing company to contacting me about the bike in an hour. An hour goes by, i call them they said maybe wait another hour. I called back an hour and finally they told me i was approved for the bike!!!!!! I was driving on the road and had to pull over because i was super excited that i was getting my first bike that day!!!!! then Randy turns and say, but we sold the bike on eBay an hour ago!!?? WTF??????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of business does that? I am so disappointed in this business! I kind of had a feeling something was wrong because while there filling out the paperwork to finance the bike, the people there was talking about Facebook, and other things but no one said one word to me... They didnt even seem interested in selling the bike to me, so it defenently seems as though they faked the sell so they wouldnt sell it to me. I say this because they was selling a 7k$ bike for less than 5k$. I have a feeling they saw the mistake and unlisted it after it was listed for only two days. I dont think its fair but whatever... Lesson learned. NO MOM AND POP SHOPS! BAD BUSINESS!

Aj AdamJohn · November 18, 2016 I wanted to say thank you to Jim, Stacey, and the guys for hooking me up with my perfect 2013 Harley Davidson Super Glide Custom. I have been searching the South Florida market for 3 months comparing (a few hours a night) the various models Ive been interested in vs price, miles, paint, and finishes. I test drove one at WPB Harley that was close but not quite right. In the end in all 3 South Florida counties I liked 3 bikes. (I really wanted one in Black Denim) Dixie Cycle had 2 of my top 3 pics. I went and checked out both bikes at Dixie and they were both great choices. I spent another few days deliberating over which one I should get. I was leaning toward the Custom but also liked a few years older Fat Boy Lo that was pretty awesome as well. (not really a forward controls guy yet) I called back to find out the Lo was gone. That night I did another search and it was clear there wast another bike like it in South Florida near my price range. I called Jim the next morning and told him I was coming to get it. Everyone at Dixie has been extremely friendly and helpful. The purchasing experience only took about 30 minutes. If you are looking for a Harley, do yourself a favor and check out Dixie Cycles inventory. Go to their website and go to their store. Every bike in there was immaculate. Im very impressed with them and my whole experience...and you will be too. Thanks guys!!! Ride on...

5 Stars for Randy and Coop. I purchased my 2014 Indian Chief from them, sight unseen, based on pictures on their eBay listing, and discussions with Coop. I drove from Austin to Florida to pick up the bike. On arrival, my A/C compressor had destroyed itself. Randy rolled up his sleeves and had a new compressor installed while Coop and I went to lunch, no charge except for actual parts cost. The bike was beautiful, and absolutely as described on the listing. Stacy had all the sales paperwork ready. It was a simple matter to hand over the check, accept the title and Bill of Sale, and be on my way. Oh, and did I mention there are NO dealer paperwork fees like most every other dealer sticks you with just because they can. You pay the actual agreed sales price and not a penny more. Finally, in my excitement over the new bike, after I was 200 miles down the road I realized I left my helmet and bike cover at the store. They were waiting for me via UPS by the time I got home. Thats what I call service. These guys are just stellar. I cant recommend them enough! And for the whiner who left a one-star review containing not a single substantive complaint... My guess is either you are thinking about another dealer, or you ARE another dealer just looking to cause some stink because your service cant measure up to these guys!

The review from Thony didnt mention that originally he was a credit turn down. I talked to him afterword and explained what had happened. The bike had been sold and later we did get a credit union to approve him. The other listing complaining about our service is probably another dealer unaware that we do no service and are a showroom only. In business 13 years with thousands of happy customers. also 100% rating on Ebay of over $22,000,000 in sales.
