North Miami Motorsports on 441 and 177th st.......Felt like I got took advantage of the smiles and hospitality were gone once I signed the papers and got stuck with my purchase the corruption was obvious and cutthroat...All I wanted was to make an honest purchase...The salesman told me there is no interest and if I didnt want the bike I could bring it back within 30 days the accountant told me the full price and nothing about interest as it was an hassle for her to show me everything on paper...so I made my purchase and having trust in them and being naive I didnt take my time to carefully read as they were rushing me to sign papers and took her word for every paper I signed (my fault) the bike ended up being a thousand plus more after all the fees which I didnt understand that should of been my first warning...they also charged me for delivery which the salesman told me was free...(typical dealer) when I got my first statement I pulled out copies of what I signed and noticed the interest in fine print... and the minimum payment was more then I agreed to pay monthly I went back to complain and she told me its the banks fault the bank told me its the dealers fault???? The salesman denied everything and that he never told me these things as I had no proof and was in contract, the accountant and the salesman bounce me to each other making it seem like they dont get along when they are in on there corruption from not calling back to putting me on hold and giving me tough attitudes when I show up.... I just took it in and swallowed my pride lesson learned....Watch and read carefully what you sign people can be desperate and insensitive for commission pay. Im still happy with my bike even though its double the price if I pay it monthly but I fell in a trap and have to deal with it... Im a hard worker you just dont do that to people.

We engaged this dealership to assess a fuel leak in the hull of our boat and some other relatively minor maintenance issues. After weeks of delay, we were finally advised that the gas tank was pressure tested and there was no leak. When we went to pick up the boat, the staff "hemmed and hawed" and suggested we splash the boat and drive it back to Miami Beach. When we loaded it on our trailer and removed the hull plug, we found more gasoline leaking from the tank into the hull. One spark and this boat would have gone up in flames. We then trailered the boat to a reputable dealer in Key Largo who discovered the tank had a corrosive leak in the bottom and needed to be replaced.. We shared this with the dealer who still demanded payment. We denied it in part with our credit card company which upheld our claim only to find that the owner engaged a lawyer to collect the balance. I would not recommend anyone deal with this vendor. You should look to an alternative like Riva Motorsports which has three locations including Key Largo and is top notch for service. They stand by their work and are highly reputable. You will otherwise get tangled up in a strange web of bad business behavior.

the razon why i leaving 3 stars is bc robert the mannager try to trick me with some stupid tranpostation 495 dollars in my bill and some other thing called eletronic titling for 199 this guy think he is to smart other ppl are dumb whatch out guys and check everytging that you pay this ppl can add stupid thing in your staiment that you dont know thet make up things open your ayes when u do busines with them especialy with robert wheeler i went to another dealer and when the sow all this thing that this guy add they were making funny at me bc they could not undertand what the hell was all that this guy add to make the price higher . basically they pretend that in a trade it he will give as much as hi can for u jet ski and then he will add all this stupid stuff to ur stements that dosnt mean anything just him try to get all the moneg back extra that he gave u for your jet ski watch out warning

I bought an ATV from North Miami Yamaha and Sea-Doo and I couldn’t be happier with the services, or the ATV. They weren’t trying to just get my business; they actually took the time to get to know me and what my needs were. I came out of the store with a new friendship not just a customer to the store. The Sales and finance personnel made everything go so smooth. The following weekend I went on a camping trip with my new ATV and everything was perfect till I had a minor little accident and ended up needing a new part for the ATV. When I came back I went to my friendly dealer to get my part. I went to the parts department and I got what I needed, they put it on for me and I was on my way. I was so surprised that they had what I needed and it didn’t have to be ordered! If you are ever looking to buy motorcycle, ATV, Boat etc. come to North Miami because you won’t be disappointed.

This place seems corrupt. I had a boat serviced there and they claimed they water tested it. I trusted them. Bad mistake. As soon as I started the boat, there were engine beeps indicating a problem. The service department refused to call back. After complaining to management, the owner called. Now I know where the service department gets its bad ethics from. I had asked several times to witness the water check. They claimed they did it, but I do not believe them. Now I am stuck even though it is within the 30 days as I can never trust them. I had so many issues with the service department the whole time there. It took them over two months to repair (they claim the parts were hard to find) the boat and they did a horrible job. Don t ever trust this place. This is the worst experience I have ever had with service.

I bought my Yamaha Stryker there from Martin he was great willing to deal and make it happen until the manager step in I try to get a good deal and did in a way. The bike was sold to me with the free first service well guess what I got there to do the first service and they told me that the manager never said that but he did and thats why I bought the bike from them. Well I had to fight for my free first service which sucks. I even had to talk to the owner of the place but the whole experience sucks. The blonde chick she also said that the manager is so honest that he would not lie about anything. This shop sucks and I will soon be in the market for a Vmax and guess what not getting for them at all.. Martin is the only good person there. SO DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Never again... Seems cheap in the beginning but it will cost you cuadruple at the end. Customer service??? if you dont call them they will ignore you until you call them... I had to return my boat 3 times and still not done right... I just keep spending my money and nothing gets done??? My boat has been at their shop for 1 month and Im starting to think that they are learning about boats with mine... I should not have to pay for their mistakes, they should not charge me if they cant perform. If I dont call, they cant call me to tell me that their mechanic messed up the job and it needs to be re-done for the 4RTH TIME??? They wont let me talk to their manager so I hope this gets to the manager or the owner. They are taking advantage of me.
