After running into a difficult time financially I finally decided it was time to let go of my prized possession, my Harley-Davidson. After posting on numerous classified ad sites like craigslist and others I wasnt receiving much response so than I even resorted it some sites that require you to pay for an ad which target people specifically towards my style bike. Again nothing! At this point all Ive gotten was a low ball offer from a dealer... Which lit a light bulb why dont I see what other dealers or shops may be interested so I began emailing everyone around me who sold used motorcycles. Sure enough no one got back to me... At this point Im almost ready to take the low ball offer but I stumble across MC-Cycles where they actually offer you a estimate with provided info and pictures. It only took one day until I heard back from who I want to call my lifesaver. With the info and pictures provided he was able to knock my stress away with a super reasonable offer! I was away on vacation when we really began discussing the offer and the bike. Knowing I wanted this offer but didnt want to seem eager I said I would let him know upon my return. Without zero hassle they waited for me to contact them when I got back. I explained my situation when we met which most people would have tools advantage of but not Miguel he gave me the same offer we discussed didnt hassle or anything! I was impressed. This is someone who cares about his Buisness but also how he treats his customers wether hes buying from them or selling to them he offers genuine charcteristics that are hardly expressed elsewhere these days. Mike the mechanic knows his stuff!!! Let me start off by saying that. Now, on to the story of my purchase. I was in the market for a used VTX 1800 and or Suzuki M109 Boulevard. When I finally decided on which bike I wanted, I found a 2013 limited edition M109 at MC Cycles. Aesthetically it was flawless. Not a single scratch. It had very low miles (2,559). I shopped around for a month looking for the best deal. I must have looked at 20 different dealers in the state of FL. The color didnt matter to me because I plan on painting it anyway. We finally agreed upon a price, and it was the best price / low mileage / aesthetic quality ratio that I found in my 4 weeks of shopping. I put a down payment on the bike, and had an independent Suzuki mechanic do a total independent inspection . The bike was flawless. I couldnt have been happier with my purchase and their service. I will continue to shop there for future bikes and I have been recommending them to friends. I forgot to mention, they even offered to install free of charge, the new rear tired I got for the m109. What a deal!!!! Oh and not to mention, almost all of the bikes on the floor look very well kept. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Check them out if youre in the market for a used bike.

If you are in the market for a new motorcycle you owe it to yourself to giving M C Cycles a serious consideration. I just picked up my bike on Tuesday, June 28th and rode it back to Panama City Beach and couldnt be more pleased with the quality and performance of the bike. Miguel and Vanessa went far beyond great customer service to get me on my bike. 5 Stars doesnt begin to describe the rating they deserve. If you have a chance, stop by their shop, the photos dont begin to show the outstanding condition of their motorcycles. Contact Vanessa for my personal contact info if you have any questions for me. DO NOT look here for great customer service! I always had to call them they would never call back, and then they sell the bike out from underneath you, when they had the check for the bike 5 days before. When you want to talk Vanessa would talk over you. SHE is the worst person I have ever dealt with. SHE has lost 4 people who where going to buy bikes from them. After dealing with HER my husband, his brother, his wife and I will NOT be buying from them! Save the headache of dealing with HER and go somewhere else like I did and the 3 others as well. If I could give it a half of star I would!

I cant recommend MC Cycles enough. Not only do they have a great selection of bikes, but their bikes are also in great shape and priced better than anyone else. I bought an FLSTFB Fat Boy Lo that was in near mint condition and priced several thousand less, with fewer miles, than any other dealer. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. Because I dont live near them, I had to have my bike shipped. I was amazed at how quickly and cheaply the bike got to me. As far as Im concerned, theyve earned my business for as long as theyre in operation.

I found them via their website and was able to sell my Harley through it. Miguel and Vanessa were both excellent. Offered me a very fair price and made the whole process very fair, friendly, and efficient. While I have my motorcycle endorsement, I am not a "motorcycle guy". I sort of inherited the motorcycle so I really appreciate their assistance in helping me throughout. The whole process could not have been easier. If I were ever in the market for a bike, I would definitely use them. To anyone considering selling a used bike, give them a try.

This place suck, i waited for a month just to hear at the end that they had sold the chopper that i wanted. Supposedly an apraise had to be done before i get finance for a chopper waited and waited every time i called the sales lady Vanessa always gave me a different story and bang when i called one last time to see the status of apaiser Vanessa the sales lady told me that she sold the bike for a cash deal. Lol. Her customer service sucks she lies to much. If you are looking to finance a chopper dont bother to even go there.

While doing a web search I found MC Cycles. Am I glad I did. Sitting in their showroom was a Ducati with extremely low miles and I had to have it. Miguel was attentive and answered all my questions and Vanessa went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Smooth transaction and no stress whatsoever. I highly recommend MC Cycles for anyone looking for good clean motorcycle with no stories or drama. A heartfelt thank you to both of you, keep up the great work and professionalism. 5 stars!

Selling my bike to MC-Cycle was a great experience. Mike (owner) not only knows bikes in detail, he also has a real pleasant way when dealing with customers. Initally we worked out a fair deal over the phone. That same evening, Mike personally came to our house to inspect the bike, test-drive it, followed by full payment to complete the sale. Overall, quick, painless, easy...I would recommend MC-CYCLES for buying or selling any day.
