This is the worst shop, the guy charged $270 for a tune up. I paid him immediately after he called to tell me the job was done and when I came in with the $$ he said to come back the next day and that next day turned into weeks, long story short I came to get my scooter a month and a half later after many attempts to reach this man and still didnt hand me my scooter the way I had brought it to him. We ended arguing over the so called "job" he had done ( he never fixed anything) I DEMANDED A REFUND AND HE JUST GAVE ME HALF OF THE MONEY I PAID. I left his shop with my scooter in pieces, on foot in a hot summer day... NO GOOD!! Avoid yourself a headache. This place is a waste of time and money.

The BEST, very professional! He never bullshits you, works fast and well, gives you the price upfront and never charges you for things you dont need. Been going to this guy for a little over a year, worked on both my Chinese knockoff scooter and my newer Honda Reflex. I get out late from my job and he even stays open a little longer so I can have him check my scooter. Prices are very reasonable and like I said he usually has it all done in one visit. Juan Carlos is by far the best scooter mechanic Ive met, would recommend to anyone looking for a scooter shop they can trust.

I have been taking my Vespa to this shop for over a year now. My bike is specialized and has lots of extra modifications. Fache Scooter shop has done a Fantastic job of working on the bike, they solved all my problems, and allowed me to review parts and offer my own for installation. There are a lot of shops on the Beach, but I prefer to go downtown to Fache Scooter Shop for my work. He also Pickups and Delivers your bike, so you dont even have to leave your home. Great Service, Good People, Good Work. A++

I called the guy and ask him if he has oil filter for my bike .he said yes i do have oil filter ,so i came to store he changed my oil and didnt replace the filter i ask him why he said because he doesnt have it.and also he said that you dont have to changed it you just clean it and put it back (old filter) with new oil.I called to other store just to check and answer was I never heard oil filter cleaning ,you have to replace it every time you change oil,period.I will never go back to that store again.

I had a great experience this morning with them. I came in for a repair and it was quick and the guy was friendly and he spoke in English. Which is a plus to me. My scooter was leaking gas and once he finished repairing the worker even gave me gasoline. Otherwise I wouldve had to walk it to a gas station. I would recommend this over the other scooter mechanics near by.

It was a very good and positive experience. I just stop to see some scooters and in 10 minutes I boutght an excelente Vespa. The service is excellent and the owner is very nice Totally recommend whos is looking for a good scooter
