Great customer service i had a minor prob with a bilt brand helmet. They handed me a new one the company backs their warranty. Great customer service good products i have been happy with all of my purchases here. Like i said the helmet was still operable and safe the sun glass insert lock button broke but it still worked if i pulled the lens down manualy. Im very greatful, and have told all my bike freinds about this. Thanks again cycle gear MIAMI!

Just went to the NMB location was about to spend nearly 300$ when I notice my face shield was cracked, just like the previous commenter I advised the salesman, and he claimed it was like that when I came in. Bull ! I just bought the helmet and check all my equipment before I ride which has only been a couple days. The salesman just lost a 300 sale and future customer all cuz he wouldnt replace the face shield HE broke.

I bought an helmet for a kid and after the first ride ( 5 minutes ride) i realized was defected , when i returned it the gentlemen who attended me said the helmet was used and had scratches and he couldnt change it . i did buy another one without any complains and he didnt even dare to give me a discount ..no fear at all

Theyve got motorcycle gear here thats true... But the prices are very expensive and they truly lack larger size options. Also out of personal experience just avoid Cyclegears Bilt line of products. They are crap.

Three stars only because I asked worker about backpack and he honestly said that he never heard about this brand before. How thats possible, hes selling this backpacks, he should know about stuff that he sells.
