This place is not what it pretends to be. I purchased a vehicle financed through them buy here pay here. Gave $3800 down on a car worth $6000 . Spent 1 year making payments. Had to return car due to lack of work when it was almost paid off. They said it was ok to return, obviously they was getting awesome deal by returning since they would resell car us was basically paid off. They never reported all my payments to credit since it was a buy here location. 2 years later, I received a notification from Equifax where vene auto is claiming i owe them thousands of dollars. Wow what a rip off. This dealer are crooks. F+++++. Stay away. Thiefs... They find a way to steal from you.

Theres always miscommunication with the payment arrangements to where the account manager never receives arrangement messages and they send out people to repo your car until they verify message was given. Its happened 3 times already and $450 of our car payment disappeared and went towards THEIR at fault fee for sending a guy out on accident. And they will reject your payments if they feel that can can pay more without refunding the credit card processing fee. I cant wait to pay off the truck that Ive LITERALLY had engine problems with since I drove off their lot. Not worth the business or referrals anymore. Rude lady....
