Called because I was having an issue with my phone, still under warranty, was not charging. I always prefer to support my local businesses first. I told her the model and issue, asked if they had a charger I could come in the store and try, to see if it was the port or charger. First she says, shes never heard of that model having charging issues, then they dont have a micro USB cable in their store at all for me to try and my model doesnt take a micro USB. Yes, it does and are you kidding me?!! She said they cant help me, go to the Janesville store. Long story short, Verizon told me, my model has had a lot of charging issues, this is a known issue! They replaced it with a newer model, no problem. By pass this store, Go straight to the Janesville. Maybe train your employees to say, Sure! Come on in, we will see what we can do to help, instead being argumentative and turning people away, with wrong information. Totally unhelpful and not knowledgeable.
