I was in over the weekend to pre order the iPhone 7 plus for my son. Jose was beyond exceptional. I left the store completely aware of what to expect with my bill and how this whole process works with sending the phone 5 back. He was extremely pleasant. My mom decided she wants to upgrade to iPhone 7 so yesterday I made another trip to Tmobile. This experience was by far the worst. Matt Jordan took care of us. He was not friendly at all. He barely talked, except for the necessary questions he needed to ask. The impression I got from him was almost like he was bothered. The best part was the point when my mom couldnt access Apple password. At this time, another customer walked in and he started to help them. The girl he worked with was helping my mom access her Apple password and once it worked she told Matt that everythings fine and he can continue with her order. He said "Im with a customer now so you finish". She told him "you started with this customer so why dont you finish...I dont know what you have done it where you left off". He just kind of waved at her and said "I told you to finish". At this point I was furious but wanted to just finish and leave. I also felt sorry for this girl who now has to figure out where to begin. I think Matt needs more customer service training and learn how to bile a bit more friendly. If I ever walk into this store again..and I see him..ill walk right back out and come another day. Or just go to another Tmobile store. Overall, this store has very friendly associates and never had issues before. Just this particular person.

Had a really great experience exchanging my recalled note 7 for a new one in this store. Matt the store manager and Cassidy the rep that helped me were fantastic and worked through this new, complicated and long process with ease and no errors. It took a long time, no fault of the store rep, the process is the process, but even after all of that time and customers waiting, Cassidy still took even more time to look into another somewhat unrelated issue I was having with my account without me requesting it. She just noticed it and dug in and did what she could to help. Fantastic service and I will be going back to this store from now on.

Derrik Matusek (sp?) recently helped me when I had an issue with my T-Mobile iPhone. Even though the issue was with my Apple ID, not really my service, Derrik spent roughly 30 minutes with me on his personal phone with an Apple rep as I had no home phone and now my cell phone was useless. He also got an older phone of my set up the next day for interim service as well as getting my iPhone fully operational a day later. He could easily have said, "thats an issue you have to take up with Apple," but went the extra mile to help me out. Thanks Derrik!

Ive been in several times with account problems, and Ive found out that I would be better off calling T-Mobile customer service than going into this store. First of all, they are usually clueless about how to help with any problem. The associates in this store are salespeople, and thats all they are. After they can soak every penny out of you on the original sale, youre on your own!

So I buy a phone for my son, go over some upselling than after 4 scroll down screens I must "Agree to" with people standing behind me breathing hard for a store associate, then they want me to score how the store did. I GAVE YOU 10S, BUT NOW WANT TO TAKE IT BACK. YOU DID NOT SET UP THE PHONE TO WORK, BUT SAID I WAS GOOD TO GO! I CALL T-MOBILE AND GET NO HELP...AAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGG!

Waited an hour to be helped just for them to tell me to call customer service and have them fix the issue. The man "helping" me was texting on his phone the whole time and then walked out to make a personal phone call even though there was a line after me and he didnt even help me!!!
