Was a big fan of Us Cellular and the Delavan store, but i was in a car accident, and lost my phone, so my wife went and got me a new phone. She got me a note 4, but i wanted a note edge. So i bought a note edge on ebay, and when i was feeling upto it ( i was stuck in bed for two weeks recovering from the accident) i went to return the note 4. Little did i know that the return peroid was 14 days, it used to be 30 days, so it was day 15 and they wouldnt let me return the phone. On top of that when i explained my situation they said the manager would call me. The manager never called. That was twice in 2 weeks i was told the manager would call and didnt. I have been a us cellular customer for 7 years. I used to love the customer support, but as they grew it has gone down hill. I would not recommend us cellular, but really stay away from the delavan store.

Can not get a protection bounce oh Im broken cover not a Cass for my phone it seems that know has pay as you go phone with out available to to have protection on phone

Worked here a long time. Love the company, the reception has been better than any other carrier Ive had. Employees are awesome :)
