I stopped at my local Verizon agency store today. It is in Huntley, Illinois. This is about how the conversation went with the sales person. BOB: I would like to look at upgrading to an iPhone 5s. SALES: OK. BOB: I am not sure I am eligible. However, I am using my phone more for filming video for my business and I know that the 5s is better. I dont think there will be an iPhone 6 until perhaps September. SALES: Well, the iPhone 5 is just as good as the 5s except the lens is better and there is a faster processor and finger print log in. So I dont know if its really a big deal. Plus some other phones are better at video. BOB: I am sorry. You were not listening to me. I want it for exactly those reasons. Plus, I have been taking some training and the iPhone is better than the other phones with more pixels. Its not just about pixels. SALES: Well, OK. But there wont be another iPhone until next September for sure. BOB: I know. I just mentioned that. Although that release date is Apples history, who knows for sure, however. --------------------------- I walked out. I have bought 2 iPads and 2 phones at that store but wont go back. The sales person was too surly for me and never listened to anything I said.

I was in your store recently and had a problem with charging my iPhone . Called Verizon and they told me to get it inspected in store. This is the closest store to me on my way home. Stop in and tell the two gentlemen my problem. The tub of lard who was sitting down told me, "oh ya thats a broken pin problem we cant do anything for you, you have to go to the phone repair place next door". So not even offering to inspect the phone and just pushed me out the door. Maybe I was interrupting him and his meatball sandwich. Went next door, great customer service and guess what it turned out to be the charging port was just dirty and needed some cleaning. But the Verizon employees could not have cared less to help me with my issue. Never coming back to this store for service, sales or anything.

PAID $50 TO RUINED MY PHONE Its very disappointing how much youve cared for your gadgets or phone and its just gonna be ruined by the people who you trusted. I went there yesterday to get a screen protector on my phone she was really nice tho. She apply the liquid screen protector and while wiping it and pressing on my phone down my phone on the back which is a glass had a scratches. She could have put something like a pad or anything that could protect your phone from the back. So for other people who are getting a screen protector make sure that they will wipe,clean or put anything that will protect the back of your phone especially if its a glass.

Ive been wanting to post this since Saturday, busy busy but here we go. Michael Rodgers was great :D. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very good at presenting all the options available but not pushy. Once I did choose my options he explained those in detail. While he had my info transferred to one phone to the other he made sure to explain info about my new phone and answer questions I had. Since he was the only rep at that time, he made sure to acknowledge the other customers that came in and let them know how long it would take and hed be with them as soon as he could.

Charged $10 for a SIM card change that took less than 5 minutes. I understand a small fee, but $10 is exorbitant when a SIM card costs them at most $1 (I know for a fact). Not to mention, Ive purchased service from this particular store before. Wont be making that mistake again.
