These guys are the best! My fiancés iPhone 7 plus suffered some Water damage after Chicago yacht weekend and I brought it over to them the next day for them to take a look at it. As they opened up my phone right in front of me, they gave me some great advice of steps to take next time I have a phone that suffers some Water damage. Marcus took me in the back to show me my phone under camera and describe to me what me was seeing, explained to me my best options and gave me such a fair price of what it would cost for him to fix it. I couldnt believe it! Although I didnt use their service because my fiancé ultimately just decided to pay more $$ for a brand new phone and through apple, these guys were so patient and unbelievably understanding! I even tried to tip them on my way out for their time, knowledge, and effort, but they graciously refused. These guys are honest, and you can trust them. They take pride in their work and make an effort to really educate their customers. I know who Ill be taking my electronics to in the future should I ever have a problem with it. Thank you!!

After my girlfriend took me to repair her iPhone in which was completely broke, not only cracked screen but black screened. They fixed it with in 30 minutes, not even. Not more than one week later I was in need of a broken screen repair. Figuring 30 minutes was all it took to repair a phone. I went to at least 6 different shops "specializing" in repair, all needing 1-3 days for parts. Finally going to where my gf got hers repaired. Marcus immediately went to fix however, discovered it was unfixable (who ever previously repaired completely destroyed it using wrong parts). Instead of saying sorry, he had an extra iPhone4s laying around and pretty much gave me a new phone for the same price of a screen fix. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. There is no reason to ever waste your time going anywhere for cellphone repair. Marcus is 100% proffesional in his craft and 100% customer service and Im so grateful I have a go-to for any time I drop, break and or practically destroy my phone. Dont waste your time with any other place!

Had an absolutely awful experience. Went there with the intentions on getting my phone fixed (since the screen on my galaxy note 2 had been damaged) in two hours for $120. After three hours and not being told that you can only pay in cash I thought I would be able to take my phone and put the experience behind me. However, five days later, the screen fell off and cracked. With the intentions on going back and getting it fixed, I called ahead to make sure the part would be there and that the IFix would indeed replace the faulty piece. Nevertheless I was informed by a not so nice man that it would cost me $120 to refix my phone and that that my phone breaking in such a way was impossible. Too bad I have the phone and its shambled pieces as evidence. I would never go back here and would recommend that no one else does either. SERIOUSLY not only did I not get a warranty or a fixed phone but they denied ever even fixing it. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT JUST A REBROKEN PHONE>

These guys are awesome. Really just great people. I went in to get a cracked screen fixed - I wanted to return my phone to Verizon (within the 14 day period). I had called ahead and they set aside the last screen they had in stock for me. I went in and Marcus noticed it was a slightly different color. *He went the extra mile by letting me use his phone to call Verizon and confirm they would take it back.* After a high quality repair, my return to Verizon was seamless - the phone was returned no questions asked. I called Marcus to tell him the good news, and asked if he had suggestions for cleaning a charging port that had corroded due to salt. He asked me to bring it in, and cleaned it up for free! These guys are great. Efficient, polite, and all around good people. Theyre not trying to rob you here - they just want you to be happy with your phone and their service.

I called them because of the great reviews. I spoke to Marcus and then dropped off my laptop the next afternoon. I did become panicked when I didnt hear from them for a day and a half as to an estimate. When I did speak to Marcus, he was extremely apologetic, (interviewing new employees and handling walk in by himself and promised results by the end of the day. Well, not only did he call by the end of the day with an estimate (including a part)..., which was extremely reasonable, but he continued to trouble shoot the problem. Called me an hour later and stated it may not need the part, since it was now working after he had cleaned out the interior. I returned to pick up the computer and not only did he patiently explain what he had done and show me that it was now working....he refused to accept any payment. WOW...hes my "guy" from now on!

The guys here really know what they are doing. They do accurate diagnostics and repair only what is needed instead of trying to upsell you with other additional repairs or replacements that you do not really need. They have been doing this for a long time so they have pretty much seen the evolution from dumb to feature to smart to super phones. The service is fantastic. Marcus takes the time to explain the problem and is very patient and calm. This is very assuring and you can be confident that you phone is in good hands. The turnaround is pretty quick as well, usually within the same day. So you walk in with a broken phone, and walk out with a working phone within the same day. They make no false promises - they will tell you if they think it can or can not be fixed. One thing to note though is that they only take cash, so have some handy!

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I brought in a Nexus 6P, which is the not the easiest phone to work on, but they gladly did it. They got the part I needed in 1 day where as other shops were taking 5-6 days. The service was quick, and they were able to fit me in before closing time. The Nexus 6p is very finicky and there was a problem with the part, but Marcus, the lead technician was able to solder together parts from different boards and make it work. I was not charged for the 2nd service, as they were adamant about having good customer service and making sure I left with my phone working. I would definitely recommend ifix, there flexibility, service, and customer service are unrivaled. I called multiple other places, but no one else was able to help me like them.

Its easy to provide good customer service when things go right. iFix demonstrated *real* customer service when things went wrong. The charging port on my phone was having issues. Its not a common fix so they had to order a special part. After replacing the part, I got home to discover that the regular microphone wasnt working. iFix spent another day figuring out that several pins (on the replacement part) werent the right length, ordered another (more expensive) part, and got the phone working fully (at no additional charge). I certainly expect a company to fix the phone for the price they quote... but its good to know that this store is serious about that commitment.
