Avoid this location at all costs. I went in to upgrade my phone to a new one and they wouldnt let me purchase it unless I bought a screen protector, a case, and a car charger with it. Those 3 items were going to cost an extra $185 on top of the phone, but it was a "deal" because it was normally $210 (these items are less than $40 online) I told them no way and ended up going to the pleasant prairie location where everyone was helpful, super nice, and didnt try to con me into over $200 worth of accessories. In the past the employees in the Lake Geneva store also conned my fiancee into the same accessories they tried to sell me along with a couple hundred dollars worth of other accessories and other items that they told her were "free" but they actually charged her for them. They are nothing but a bunch of untrustworthy lying people

Very disappointed today (4/27/2016). Stopped in this store to see the S7, S7 Edge, and the LG L5. All are options Im considering, especially with some of Verizons promotions going on. Sales guy said the didnt have the S7 or the S7 Edge. He went on to tell me *nobody* had the S7s. Im not sure if they had the G5 or not; I lost all interest in doing business with them when they tried to sell me something called "HUM" to add to my vehicle (evidently an on-star like device). Interestingly enough I called Verizon in Pleasant Prairie on my way home, and they told me the definitely had the S7 in stock. Dont waste your time here, go to a Verizon store, not a re-seller.

Bought 2 phones and up dated service. Found out that the 2 chargers that they gave me were the wrong type and will not connect to the phone. Store manager Carlos, will not correct his employees mistake and provide me with chargers that will work with my phones. I paid for 2 phone chargers...and was given the wrong type...and now it my problem and the store manager can offer no solution and no apology for his employees $68.00 mistake.

Went to the Lake Geneva Store to get help to transfer photos from the phone to the card and the Spanish gentleman told me that he was not getting pay for that, I was also going to get a new phone but was disappointed with his answer, I left call my computer guy and he help me with it, now I got more storage in my phone, still need a new phone but Im afraid I will not go back to Lake Geneva Verizon store

Went in to try to refund something I bought 14 days ago, they said that I couldnt refund it because day 1 counted as 24 hours so thatl make it 15 days. They dont try to help any customers,and now I have to pay a 175$ termination fee. worst verizon Ive ever been to, Ive been a loyal customer forever but this got me wanting to switch phone companies.

WORTHLESS CROOK WORKING HERE Stopped in Saturday because my sons phone wasnt working. Guy behind the desk looked at it and insisted it was shot and that we needed a new phone "only hope an independent refurbisher". Wanted to show me all my options. Needed a new battery!!! Unhelpful. Very rude and dismissive unless youre coming in to purchase new phones. This place has always been pretty bad since the day It opened and that has never changed. Take the extra 25 minutes and go to the corporate store in McHenry Illinois.
