I have a HTC phone that had a cracked screen. I took my phone to this place on the 10th. I was told that parts had to be ordered and I should have my phone back in 3-5 days. I called on the 11th to see what was going on and was told still waiting for the part. I called again on the 17th and was told the same thing. I was in the area on the 18th and stopped in. It wasnt until I showed up that I was told the parts were mailed to the wrong address. I was told the parts would arrive on the 19th. I drove back to the store today (the 19th) and was told the parts have not arrived yet. I was then told the phone will be ready later today. It is not easy for me to get to this location as I have to do this on my lunchbreak. I come to find the parts were ordered of Ebay with the cheapest form of delivery possible. Granted if the parts were mailed to the wrong address not much you can do there but here is an idea...call the customer and let them know instead of blowing them off. I would not recommend nor trust my cell phone repair with these people. I ended up taken my still un-repaired phone with me when I left. Very poor customer service in my opinion. The repair shop that I took it too today....they ordered the parts and will get them tomorrow. I wish I would have gone there instead. Unbelievable!!!

DO NOT GO THERE! NEVER! even if thats the only store in the world-save your time and money! I went to unlock my iphone and the guy who was doing the repair ( I think he is the owner too) was so rude just because I didnt know if my phone needs manufacture unlock or software unlock!!! Instead of explaining me what the differences are, he yield at me! he took my phone and made me pay in advance $50. My phone was supposed to be ready the next day but supposedly the code which he gets directly from apple he said,had not arrived.when I went the next day, the guy wasnt there. One of the staff called him and said he will be in the store later. I said Ill be able to come after work around 7;30pm and he said OK, as long as its before 8pm when they close. I parked my car at 7;30pm to find the STORE WAS CLOSED!!! I had to wait another day!!!! the next day I went there and he finally fixed my phone. As soon as I got my phone, I checked to see if it works and then I screamed at him in from of the customers! I told him what I think about him, the store and I said Ill never go there! I told the other customers to save their time and money with these idiots!!! This was unbelievable!!!! I NEVER HAD SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ill NEVER GO THERE!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! I took my daughters iPod here to get a new glass cover put on it after it was dropped and cracked. I went back the next day to pick it up and they destroyed the iPod. It looks like they took an ice pick to it! The manager said that the mother board was bad and I needed to buy a new one and he could give me a great deal on an iPhone 3gs. I feel they had this planned the entire time to destroy it and try to sell me something of theirs. Im going to contact the better business Bureau and take them to small claims court. I took the iPod to an Apple store and they said the iPod was butchered and that wasnt even a way to change the iPod cover. Do NOT ever go here!

Cellphone repair shop is awesome. The guy fixed my brand new s3 in mins. My phone was dropped in water and I took it to other places they said the phone is garbage not fixable any more. But I brought it to cellphone repair shop the guy fixed it in few mins and didnt even cost me that much. It was cheap and I was surprised. But all I can say is this place saved my life. My wife was screaming at me for dropping my phone in the pool. But I am all set now. Thank you wasay for everything.

These guys are a joke. To summarize my experience it took a total of 6 trips to the store to get my phone "repaired" and in the end now the headphone jack magically does not work after unrelated repairs. Im not bothering with a 7th trip. These guys must work like 1-2hr shifts because at each drop off/pickup you will be dealing with someone else that feeds you a fresh load of bullshit.

Very positive; the representative that addressed my issue was knowledgeable and professional (Syed). I had taken my phone to a number of locations and no one could fix it. I happen to be driving down Roosevelt Road, saw this location and decided to give them a try. So far, my device is working; glad I stopped.

This place does really good work, I have taken them Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Samsung S5 phones each time they were able to repair them on the spot with the exception quality lcds with frame. I love this guys, they work hard and honest.

I dropped my phone off to repair a broken screen. They did have the same color screen and repair in same day. I like their service. I do recommend others to visit this cellphone repair shop. You can trust these guys.
