I have an iPhone that needed, by all accounts, a very involved repair. Called numerous cell phone repair places in Tupelo, MS. Everyone was about the same price. Everyone said it was a difficult repair that would take 1.5 to 2 hours. Everyone said they would have to order the parts and it would be a few days. Then I called Cellairis in the Barnes Crossing Mall. Everyone there was VERY friendly and professional. They beat everyones price, they had the part in stock, and they could fix it that day. So I headed to the Mall. I ended up dealing with a technician named Zack. He had numerous years of cell phone repair experience. Cellairis had hired him the previous week. I left my phone with him and ran a couple of errands. I came back about 90 minutes later. Zack was just finishing up the repair. He tested all the phone functions (not just the parts he replaced) while I looked on. He made sure the phone was working perfectly. It was! He installed the final couple of screws to complete the assembly and reinstalled the case. The phone works like new, and they warranty the repair. Outstanding!! Very friendly. Best price. Parts in stock. Same day service. Repairs come with warranty. Technician with years of experience. GREAT EXPERIENCE

I took in a 6 month old Apple iPhone 6 ($800) with a fractured screen, and by the end of my visit they handed me back a heaping pile of JUNK. The idiot damaged the mother board, thus making it USELESS & WORTHLESS. Didnt insert screws in correct sequential order, stripped screws, not to mention missing screws. The camera immediately broke (it had worked 100% prior to my visit even after the screen shattered), I demanded a refund that they reluctantly gave me. They told me it was a software issue that could be fixed; Apple said it was an un-fixable hardware issue. They said since I no longer had money invested in them they cant help with my phone of which they broke, and also wasnt even paid off yet. DO NOT GO HERE, they dont have a CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Your phone is precious and complicated, mail it into Apple for repairs! ALSO they DO NOT USE Apple-iPhone certified products, all their stuff is junk. I have learned a valuable lesson and will never return. PS- I was forced to buy a new phone, while still paying for the one they broke!!

They fixed my I-phone!!! I broke my I-phone again during while traveling and they fixed it in less than an hour! No wait either! They were even able to fix my broken home button that I wasnt even expecting to get fixed. If you need any cell phone accessory - Go there!!! Great customer service.

WOW! This place is great! Got my iphone 6s fixed for a good price with quality parts and it only took 25 minutes. Also got a stylish case and tempered glass for my wife and me! I will be coming back to get help from Danny and his team if I ever break my phone again.
