Dealing with Hahns was a total fiasco, and never will i again do business with this company because it is not worth the time, headache, or loss of my safety. When purchasing the Washer/Dryer first time around they told me no problem we can install. They show up, and installer says they cant install to a greaser valve. As I was being told this in the distance I could see the man unloading the truck throw the new vent hose from the truck to the pavement. Then the delivery was cancelled as I was told that I would have to call the plumber to upgrade the valve. I got the valve job done, and set up delivery for the following weekend. The men were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. I noticed after they left there were dents and scratches to bare metal on the new washer dryer. I called and spoke to Kyle the manager about it and he ordered a new set. I asked him in advance to have the next delivery men to please be careful as I dont want to pay $1,300 for damaged appliances, and I would return if any damage was found. The replacement set arrived the following weekend, and a man Brian from Hahns showed up to deliver the second set. Upon removal apparently the installers did not use plumbers putty on the gas valve. So this could have potentially leaked. I asked Brian to please be careful about handling appliances as the other set was really damaged. A few minutes later Brian was at the truck with the other delivery man, and I overheard him talking about me. He said to the other man no scratches, no damage as she is one of those. I couldnt believe it. Beforehand he kept telling me its going to be perfect however it ended up not being that way. When you leave your wrenches, and clipboards all over peoples things then damage can happen. In this delivery the chrome was gashed about 4 inches. It could not be repaired. I called Kyle the manager again asking him if he could replace that piece, and he said he could offer a 5% credit. He told me to call Frigidaire to order a new piece. So he transferred the responsibility to me even though I didnt cause the damage. I told him he could just pick it all up, refund me. I explained I would go elsewhere. He said thats fine, and I said thank you. Kyle just just let out a uh, and hung up on me. He sent the delivery guy back, and he had the biggest attitude about taking it back. He was very careless about removing the appliances he let the hoses leak water onto my floor, and just left it. He was not friendly this time, he was rough handling everything, and it felt like a hostile removal. There were indentions left on the linoleum. He did not remove the fitting that came with the gas line they installed and I needed it removed so I could cap it off. He said you dont have to cap it off it will be just fine but proceeded to remove it. Then he was gone. This review was long winded but I want people to know what they could possibly be dealing with beforehand. I feel like my safety could have been compromised due to a gas dryer leaking, and the service I received was uncalled for. There were no apologies, or accountability. A very disappointing experience

Worst experience ever! Initially, I really dont want to write a review here. Now, i really have to do that. Alright, I bought my washer and dryer and refrigerator at the same time from Hahns Appliance. However, after about 4 weeks, my washer broke down. Who will expect a brand new washer will break down so fast in the first place? AND, you have to depend on your washer to do laundry. Anyway, I called back in and they told me to called the technique support from the files that they gave. So one contractor called Anthony TV appliances coming over and fixed it. Then after two weeks, it broken down again. Are you kidding me? I called in again and told them this is not acceptable. They told me that they have to send technician again. Im like, "theres already one technician coming over, you are going to do it again?" How many times will you keep doing this? Alright, the technician came over. He told me that my load in the washer is not properly load because i have one towel. There actually just a few clothes and one towel. But Ive been using this washer for the past few weeks. How in the world there were no issues back then? So he wrote theres nothing wrong with the washer and left me his personal phone number. After he left, i did exactly the same thing as he told me to take the one towel out. But it just does NOT work! Then he said, try to run a full cycle without anything in the washer. So I did. The light of the sensing is on and the washer is running noise. I felt it is not right. But he said just let the washer does its own thing. Alright, I left my house. Four and half hours later, the washer is doing the same thing as it was four and half hours ago! And I smelled the burned smell too. So i called in again, the customer manager said that because the technician said there is nothing wrong with the washer, they cannot replace it. So they will send ANOTHER technician over again. So how many technicians will you keep sending over?? I just want to replace this one and not using Maytag brand ever!! The whole experience with this store is just so frustrating. Isnt this whole thing crazy??

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We bought a floor model Samsung fridge for $1,000 1/1/15 with an extended warranty. The fridge needed service twice already this year. I placed a call for service on 11/10. Warrantech handles their warranty issues. On 11/14 Franks Appliance came to my home and told me the part I needed had a 2 day turn around time. I called him 3 days later and he told me hed call "when he got back to OK". My husband called 5 days later and he was also blown off. I called Warrantech to complain. Franks Appliance has ZERO positive reviews on any social media. Franks Appliance had entered in the notes that our refrigerator was "bug infested" thereby nullifying the warranty. Warrantech told me I was SOL because I asked for pictures or some sort of proof of this preposterous LIE. On 11/21/16 I spoke with Crystal @ Hahns who told me that she knew that Frank was a shyster and no idea why he was sent to our house. She scheduled one of Hahns tech to come to our home on 11/28/16 and THEN called BACK to CANCEL and told me I had to submit pictures to Warrantechs insurer since I had a claim against one of their providers. We are still waiting. We have been nearly 3 weeks without a fridge due to the continual passing the buck. No Crystal, what you SHOULD HAVE DONE is had one of your 2 in house techs come to our home to do damage control for what Franks Appliance has done to us and THEN figured out who should pay for it. YOU were not interested in the pics I had to dispell Franks Appliance lies. It is an incredible inconvenience to not have a full sized fridge. When it crapped out on us the 2nd time, a household member was on IV meds that had to be refrigerated so we bought a small fridge for meds. I have lost time and business because of having to go to the store every day or every other day to buy food to prepare for my family. It is expensive to take a family of 4 out to eat, especially now that we are going on 3 weeks of no fridge. Their customer service is non existent. RUN from these people.
