I rented a washer and dryer set from this company and everything was fine and I was well taken care of until it came time for them to pick up my washer and dryer. When I moved and no longer needed their appliances, I scheduled a week in advance for them to come out and pick up the appliances on Friday June 16. On that day the tech who was supposed to pick up the washer and dryer never showed up. He called my phone to tell me that he did show up but he says no one was home and that I need to reschedule for Monday! I Tried calling this guy back, but he would not answer. I then called my husband who is a stay at home father and was home all day. He told me that no one ever showed up. I called the dispatch multiple times to have someone come and get the W/D and they kept telling me that, at this point I need to reschedule for Monday because no one else available to come that day. Now my husband and my two year old child need to wait all day in a vacant apt for a tech to come get the W/D. This is by far the worst handling of this situation. They would never let me talk to management directly. This is a huge inconvenience and a blatant disregard for our time and energy. Also a blatant disregard to even decent customer service. I would never recommend anyone rent from this company!!!!!

Our washer / dryer were delivered on time and with a very helpful representative of your company. I have nothing bad to say about him and his service. He instructed me on how to use the device and reminded me that I should empty the lint basket after each load (which I usually do). After he left, I proceeded to wash and then dry my first load. I decided to look and be sure the lint basket was clear..... To my surprise it was full and the area beyond the lint basket. We had to vacuum it clean before using. It seems to us that should be one of the things your company would do before delivering a unit to a home. So far we are happy with the unit (except that we cant wash big loads --- due to lack of space in our home).

Offers used appliances at a decent price. They give you a warranty on the items they sell. They have a differing selection frequently, so if they dont have what you are looking for that one particular time, the stock changes by the next time you visit. Their appliances range in very basic to the more upscale items.

I contacted this owner to find out what brand a built-in oven he had in stock. He mislead to believe that he had a KitchenAid built-in oven. When I got to the store he was rude and badmouth the product I was looking for. I would never go back here
