I bought three appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an electric slide in range. Home Depot couldnt deliver until two weeks after purchase. The sales person forgot to include microwave installation on the receipt. The delivery people werent even going to attempt to install the microwave because of the sales persons fault. However, they did try. The delivery company of Home Depot arrived an 1 and 1/2 late the first day. The delivery company was to install all three items. They were not able to install any of the items because of issues with each one. The drill that they were using went dead and were unable to complete the job of installing the microwave. The slide in range didnt come with back feet and so I havent been able to use my brand new stove because I dont want to cause more issues for improper installation. Also the dishwasher wasnt able to be connected because they didnt have the right conversion to the valve. I had to pay a professional plumber 4 times the amount because the 2nd day the delivery people came out to correct the problem and install the dishwasher. The delivery people informed me that they couldnt connect the dishwasher to the water line because they stripped the valve trying to install it and then told me after the fact that they werent able or allowed to connect to plastic valves because it is a liability. So now two days of my life have been wasted because they were unable to satisfy any issues. After the first day, I went and talked to my salesperson because of the issues. He said he would have the delivery people come back out to install the microwave when they were to install the dishwasher. When the guys came to install dishwasher and as stated prior, all the issues happened. I had mentioned to them they were supposed to install the microwave to they just brushed me off because of the issues with the dishwasher and wanted to sign a paper even though salesperson told I wasnt suppose to sign anything until everything was correct, which it wasnt. I didnt see the harm though because they just wanted a record according to delivery guy that they stopped by. Then they rushed out of here like they were on fire. Through all of this I tried to be patient and not lose my temper. The third day the delivery company was going to come out... at least that was what they told me. So I called three times. The first time I wanted to let them know that I had a plumber to install valve and to verify the time they were coming. The delivery lady, Christie, wasnt even interested in talking to me and was cutting me off before I was able to communicate what was needed. They told me I was to expect a delivery from 9am to 1pm. The time came and past. I called them again and they stated that they would call the drivers and call me back but they didnt. I called again and talked to another person and they said the same thing. They never called me back and I spent the whole day waiting. I went to the location of Home depot today, July 20th and tried to talk to a manager and instead I got redirected to a sales associate because the manager Justin was to busy to talk with me. The sales associate, Kristie, told me that she would make some calls and basically dismissed me. I left and Kristie of Home Depot told me that she talked to the delivery people and they stated that they tried calling me yesterday, talked to a man and even supposedly came by. I was home the whole day and I only have one phone number and I am single mom. So the delivery company lied to sale associate. Also Kristie told me that the delivery people were suppose to call me again today which so far nothing, no surprise. I have lost complete faith in home depot and this delivery person. I wasted 3 days plus all of the hassle. Do not buy appliances here what so ever, if you dont want any hassle. Poor customer service. Poor delivery system. Poor product.

I have shopped this HD for a very long time. I wont shop anywhere else. People say the employees walk by and dont speak to them. Maybe you should speak to the employee and i know they will help. They have always been helpful to me. Maybe some of the customers are rude to begin with which will impact your experience. I have watched as employees walk from one area of the store to another area while helping a customer (sometimes me) and as we walk, other customers rudely walk up asking for help as if THEY are priority. Excuse me jerk. Wait your turn. I have never had a bad experience and as a contractor i spend thousands of dollars each year at this HD. I recently purchased several doors and JD did an excellent job helping me. He even brought some doors down from overhead to help fill my order. Very polite and very helpful. He also helped me put a bid together for several windows. I hope his attitude and desire to help customers spreads to all employees. The lady in the millworks area (Christine) was rude and her foul language and cursing was appalling. She was sharing a conversation with another employee and didnt care who heard her. Otherwise its a great store with great people. Keep up the good work.

So, if you purchase a brand new lawnmower from Home Depot and the carburetor isnt adjusted for Colorados high altitude they will charge you 19 dollars just to check it. After purchasing a $500 Honda mower and was told from Honda customer service that the serial number indicated it was NOT a mower that had the high altitude carb adjustment. I went to this store because its closer to my house (regrettably not the store I purchased it from at woodman and academy). The guy in the tool/repair department was firm that I had to pay the 19 dollar up front service fee. So, of course, I contacted the manager who told me that since Honda told me that it was shipped without the correct carb that hed wave the fee but it would be a couple weeks before they could check the carb then maybe a couple more weeks to fix it. Youd think that since I purchased this mower from Home Depot a few moths ago that Id be given higher priority. So, I went back to the Woodmen and Academy location who took care of me THAT NIGHT. I did a positive google review on the Woodmen stores location on this situation. Too bad Southgate doest have Tim from Woodmen running their repair department because he made all the difference.

Negative stars if I could. We will NEVER purchase anything ever again from this Home Depot. Purchased a dishwasher in early September after giving them the measurements needed for it to fit. The "expert" ordered the wrong size and we werent made aware of it until the installer came. Went back and they ordered the right size and scheduled the delivery for tomorrow. My wife called to verify the delivery time and was told that the order was canceled and told that she canceled it not 2 minutes earlier with the same rep that she was speaking to trying to verify the delivery. Due to these issues, we have been waiting for our dishwasher for over a month now and it will be longer as we now have to order from somewhere else as they are obviously incompetent to perform their jobs. They then want us to wait until its good for them to deliver and install the dishwasher. Terrible business and terrible customer service.
