Purchased a very nice Weber grill here versus bigger competitors due to their advertised services of grill assembly, delivery, and haul away of your old grill. The grill is great but their haul away service has failed. Despite weeks of repeated phone calls and promises, they have repeatedly failed to make good on their promised service. Returned home today with the slim hope that Ace had finally followed through and removed the old grill. No such luck. This place is very mixed: good grill and poor service.

This Ace is cool man. It is smaller so you dont have a large variety of the same tool, hardware or ... But what you do get is uniqueness as far as other merchandise (e.g. good lawn furniture, other items that entire family will like - a few toys for kids, some Bronco nic naks, jewelry,). The Coolest thing about this Ace is that it is GRILL and SMOKER Central. All types of grilling and smoking equipment to include the largest selection of spices and rubs in Highlands Ranch.

Great ACE Hardware. This place excels at exactly why you would come here. Great service! People are all friendly and helpful. Love their hardware (nuts and bolts) section. Yes they are more expensive than you Home Depot or Lowes but the service you receive here is first rate and you never really have to hunt around for someone to help you. Oh and if you need a Chip Key made...There is no better place, service, price, speed...Outstanding all around!

I have never been told to leave a store at 2 minutes past close EVER. I could understand 15-30m past close or if I was the only customer left. But to hunt down customers to tell us we need to go make our final purchases the second the clock turns 8pm is offensive. You should really re-evaluate your customer service because I will gladly take my business to a different store with more reasonable prices.

If you go during bankers hours, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you go in the evening, and most weekends, it is primarily high school students working, so you better know what you are looking for and not need much advice if you go in during those times. Also, in the back, there is free freshly-popped popcorn, although sometimes its unfortunately kettle corn.

Every time I go to ace Im always dissapointed. I go here for the convenience and they either dont have what Im looking for or if they have it, it breaks within 5 minutes. I always end up having to go to home depot afterwords. Good customer service doesnt make up for horrible products Unless you want plants, this place is worthless.

Ive had trouble getting help here about 50% of the time I visit, and its pretty frequent that there are not enough staff to handle the volume of customers in the check out line. Its taken ten plus minutes at times to get through the very slow moving line, and they are so irritatingly persistent with those damn store cards

This is the best hardware store in the neighborhood. They let dogs in the store, the popcorn in the back is delicious, and for almost every house project I can find each piece I need. The staff is extremely helpful and you can tell that the manager and employee relations are great. My new favorite hardware store!

The service is great. Each staff member will walk you to the item you need. I really like this place during deal season, e.g. Black Friday. They always have good deals. Also they have more of a home town feel then the big hardware stores. Also be sure to go there during cook-outs and events.
