Id like to support a local store, but: (1) the in-stock item I bought was priced high (I paid for convenience); and (2) when I returned an un-opened/un-used item that was IN-STOCK, I was charged a 15% re-stocking fee that I only found out about three days later when they finally MANUALLY processed the refund. These are reasons I usually go to Home Depot/Lowes/Amazon. Why buy local if you get whacked on an in-stock return? They charge 30% to return anything they order for you. High prices at a local store should be balanced by a more customer friendly attitude. Instead, i was charged $50 to slide an item the size of a book back on the shelf 10 feet away.

We had the same experience after we confirmed our order, the wrong pieces were not delivered, and when we confronted them with it, they refused to stay open an extra half hour (they close early at 4:30), and also refused to have Baldwin overnight the parts they had sent that were wrong, and this was for an order that was nearly a grand!! I definitely do NOT recommend their customer service, because they dont seem to care about their customers once the order is placed.

Best place to browse hardware for your kitchen or bath. This place has a variety of selections and choices that can cater to anyones taste. They have to order everything but well worth it. Whether you have a solo home project or work with a designer or contractor, they can help! If you need high quality products and dont want to waste your time at a Home Depot or Lowes then this is your place!

Great designer showroom. Ive gotten some hard-to-find-in-town things here but only if I needed it right away. Were talking like 10 times more expensive than what I can find for the exact same product online. Good people watching here. A lot of people with more money than sense
