Poor customer service, i have an issue since they sold me a product they didnt have and then gave me 2 options refund on a gift card or credit back. We wanted a gift card because its faster and we want the item. So we go to the other location and the gift card declines. So then we get to drive back to the original store (westminster) and they said the money went back on the card instead of the gift card as we asked. The manager said the money should be back in the account and did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience, until i suggested it. But then he said it was too late to give me a discount since i had already purchased a different item. He offered to refund that item and discount that, but since they f!!!!d up 1 refund Im not risking another! incompitent managers and cashiers, and dont dont own up to theyre screw ups. Oh well customer service, right. Oh well...just like the managers attitude

I stopped in this location the other day to pick up some gloves since the gloves they sell are reasonable priced and last as long their more expensive counter parts from the big hardware stores. Now I did have one person who went in the back to locate extra pairs of gloves which I was pleasantly surprised about but, get to the check out and thats a different story. This location I have noticed has the rudest, most incompetent cashiers that Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was in there on an earlier occasion and standing in line when another cashier opened up I was told I could go over there and low and behold 5 people that were in line behind me had been checked out and walking out the door and Im still waiting on the new cashier to log in ARE YOU KIDDING 5 PEOPLE BEHIND ME AND IM STILL WAITING!!!!! If I could rate location with negative stars I would

Standing here in line waiting for over 10 minutes for 1 employee to help customers and 4 standing around doing absolutely nothing, just to get to the counter and be told "Sir Im not open, youre going to have to go to the other register" by who I believe to have been the store manager, where I was then stuck for another ten minutes and yet the 4 employees do nothing while the one that was actually doing something spent over 5 minutes trying to figure out why a coupon for A batteries doesnt work for C size batteries. Im not shopping at this location anymore... not that harbor freight has the best tools anyway right?

Some good tools, some great prices. If you need a tool and cant buy some high cost professional stuff, this is the place. Gift cards for the DIYers is a great way to let them get what the job requires. Dont expect to just stop by for a few minutes. With the massive selection you can spend hours just looking at everything, and building your next shopping list. You get what you pay for. I love the consumables: Gloves, tape, sanding items, ect. You cant beat those prices. I would Recommend this store to everyone.

Tools and merchandise are of fine quality, well stocked, and good selection. The employees however, are not great. Two of them, Lorenzo and Kyle, they were exceptionally horrible. No customer interaction, they blew off people, they couldnt speak clearly, after watching them, they only seemed to assist certain customers, and completely disregarding others. The rest of the staff was simply under trained, to put it simple, great product, disgusting customer service.

I WENT TO THE ONE ON WEST COLFAX (ACROSS FROM WESTLAND MALL) WHILE I WAS THERE I WAS GREETED AND HELPED 2 TIMES WHEN THEY ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP. I FOUND QUITE A FEW GOOD DEALS, THERE WERE 4 CHECKERS AND MAYBE THREE PEOPLE PER LINE. I HAD A VERY GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE; I WILL BE BACK AND A FEW FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL BE THERE TOO.

bought a membership and 9 thousand dollars worth of tools. 60 days later, they say my account only shows 4 hundred dollars worth of sales. What kind of scam is that? Customer service did nothing for me and even hung up on me. I will be returning everything tomorrow. exactly one half of the power tools i bought only worked once.

Dont buy generators from them. They advertise that they are very quiet, but thats a lie. They are extremely loud and not good quality. When I took it for a refund they charged 20% restocking fee. They do not care that their ad is false. Save your money buy it from a different store like Costco who actually keeps their word.

Great place to get cheap tools. Dont expect them to last you forever though. If you just need a tool for a few uses then this could be the best deal youll find. Huge selection of items in one place including some things you wont find anywhere else.

Been coming here for the last few years now and I love it. Unlike Sears or home depot, instead of getting good tools for a high price you get decent tools for usually less than half the price. Definitely a wallet friendly place.

If youre buying tools that you dont need to use every day and might only use two or three times total, theres no better choice than Harbor Freight. Ive actually never been disappointed with a purchase from them at all.

The manager Russ is an idiot they specifically told me 27 days ago I could return my product in store or exchange it if I needed to I came to exchange today with my receipt and they say I have to call a 1-800 number
