Was there Saturday night and walked in about 10 minutes till close. Some of the staff were sitting in the middle isles and making rude comments about the customers coming in at the last minute. One older gentleman took me right to the part I needed and was very helplful. Out of know where the lights turned off with probably about 6 customers or more still trying to shop. The man helping me offered a flashlight and said that sometimes the staff is in a hurry to get out. I found this dangerous as very few security lights lit the way to the exit and registers. Also it seems a bit ridiculous, we got the point from the rude comments that you wanted us out and how dare we enter when the open sign was still on the door and the time was not 6PM then you turn the lights off. Myself and my company do a lot of business with Ace. Not no more.....

Love this place. Staff is beyond amazing. I always get greeted at the door and then again in the aisle. If you dont know what youre doing there has always been someone there to explain it to me. Its not the biggest hardware store in town but, in my opinion, is the best.

Just had the worst experience of my life the people that work there dont know what they are talking about. tried to get a keyless remote for my car and they keep trying to sell me the chip key need employees to work there that know what theyre doing.

Terrible customer service. Shift manager was rude to us and other customers and was acting like a 14 year old. Store was a mess and most associates would not even make eye contact. Could not even mix paint in the middle of the day on a Saturday.

Not the best place for customer experience, heard one employee cussing under his breath about a customer that he walked away from. Front end staff is friendly and willing to help. Well stocked if you can find it yourself and know what you need.

extremely overpriced, everything in the store can be purchased at Ace online for half the price. not to mention you can go to Lowes and get it for 60 percent less. " ACE is the place.....to get ripped off"

Gregory was so helpful when I came in with some glass to be custom cut to fit into non-traditional sized picture frames I recently purchased. He was able to trim everything to the exact size I needed.

Very inexperienced people. Very poor trained. New management is clueless as doing business in a neighborhood that relied on them being there. Miss the old guys! $$$$$ Only go there in a panic!!!!
