The Ace Hardware in Firestone is the best hardware store I have ever shopped at. For example, I recently moved to the area and needed several items to get everything working at my rental house the way I wanted. I had walked into one of the big-box hardware/home help stores and asked if they carried fan belt dressing to help my dryer stop squeaking. I talked to several people in the store and none of them knew what I was talking about. I got sent to two different locations in the store that might have whatever I was looking for, and the item wasnt to be found. I walked into the Ace Hardware in Firestone and an employee met me not long after I entered to ask if I needed help. I explained I was looking for fan belt dressing and he knew immediately what I was talking about and took me right to it on the shelf. I also asked if they had a three-prong dryer outlet because I needed to replace the four-prong outlet in my rental, and he also took me right to where those were in the store. Ive visited the store two other times recently and have had similar experiences. If you want responsive, knowledgeable to quickly find what you are looking for, try the Ace Hardware in Firestone.

Horrible customer service when checking out. They refused to honor an online coupon and were unfriendly and were just shook their head and said nope. What kind of manager does that to a customer paying well over a hundred dollars? Most stores go out of their way to make sure their customer returns and spends more by honoring online deals. What difference does it make if Im spending my money online or in-store... IT SHOULDNT!!! If you really cant honor it for some stupid reason, then learn how to communicate professionally. Ridiculous and I will not be shopping there again. :(

Smaller than Home Depot, but youre paying quite the upcharge on basic items compared to the other stores. Additionally, they do not offer a 10% military discount like their competitors. They dont have to, but youre never going to get military folks shopping there when you wont match a similar discount. Service is okay, but it sometimes feels like they are always watching.

A store who allows their checkout line to form long enough to reach halfway through the store without opening a second register (while several other employees were walking about) is no place I will give my business to again. They pay no attention and have no respect for peoples time. Today was my first and last trip there.

Im currently at peppers fireside grille and I am hugely disappointed because I cant even get weed killer at this store OUTRAGEOUS ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A HELPFUL STORE NOT NON WEED KILLER ASSOCIATION. Any ways I like the architect that made this astablishment.

I went in because I was having trouble returning a product that I purchased online. The manager Audrey was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my refund. She even came to assist me in the middle of her lunch break!

Tried to sell me a chipped key for my car that doesnt require it and argued with me instead of checking if they got the year right. Even Toyota says its a $20 key not $65

Nice to have a local Ace Hardware. They seem to always have the items you need when you need them most. Prices and hours may be the biggest challenge.
