Everyone is friendly and personable. They feel like friends whenever you go back. If they arent trying to help it is because the get swamped at times. Wait a minute or two and they will get to you. Waiting a few minutes is better than an hour long round trip to WP, and I guarantee you will not get any better service in WP. Julie and company greet me by name and make being there an enjoyable experience. So many Teller Co. businesses provide poor service, ridiculous hours/days of operation, etc. Everyone should support small local businesses like this store. Sure you may pay a few cents for something than you would somewhere else, but the extra you pay is a helluva lot cheaper than driving elsewhere.

Not sure why people feel that the staff are unhelpful or inattentive. They were there to answer questions, they offered us popcorn, and they had everything we needed for our project! They get 5 stars from us! We will definitely be going there for our hardware needs. Thanks Ace

The staff has gotten less friendly and helpful the longer its been open, but its really nice to have a hardware store in our small town. They just opened up their lumber yard as well and are open 7 days a week!

Better know what you need before you go in. If not do not expect to get their undivided attention if youre in a bind. Will continue to shop here because its convenient but customer service falls short
