Not sure how this place has gotten such high reviews. Just simply needed a toilet flapper. Walked in 15 min before closing amd the lady said "you do know we close in 15 min" I said yes I just need a toilet flapper. The man employee looked at me and had no idea what I was talking about. Tried to explain more in detail. He still had no idea. So he asked the lady if we had any "flipper flappers". She said if they did it would be in Isle 2 with plumbing, went down there and they had absolutely not one plumbing item in the plumbing section. Waste of time and space.

I like to live dangerously, so I buy cheap tools here. Usually its pretty easy to detect what stuff is going to break just by looking/touching it. Id say 50-75% of what they have in here is pretty good. My general rule of thumb is to avoid buying things at harbor freight with too many moving parts. And to Rhondas review, this is mostly a tool store which is why they dont carry much in the way of parts. If you want a toilet flapper, youll want to go to a home improvement store or a plumbing supply warehouse

Thus is a great place for discount tool purchases. You wont get craftsman quality but you dont need that for everything. This particular location is convenient. If youre looking for something specific from their website, this location usually has it in stock. This is the second closest harbor freight for me but I usually shop here because if I go to the closest one I will have to drive here anyway when the first place doesnt have what I need. Recommended.

I bought a press for 300 dollars including a protection plan. Im glad I did because my press did not work coming out of the box. When I bled the line, AIR came out of it and I discovered it was bone dry. It really makes me wonder about a supplier if they are unable to properly maintain fluid levels in a device that operates solely on the manipulation of pressure using that fluid. Either they were slammed or uninterested, but they were superbly curt.

Cmon, have you compared HFs prices with other leading tool companys prices? I find it hard to beat HFs values. My g/f thinks Im cheating on her because Im not at home as much as I used to be. Little does she know I have a secret relationship with Harbor Freight! I travel the states for a living and I find a Harbor Freight in every city I stop in.

Cheap tools if you need to do a DIY project and you dont need your tools to last. Large selection, smells funny in here like theres a chemical coming off all the tools which will probably cause cancer in the long run. Theyre kind of snarky about their coupons so make sure you have them on hand before you check out.

Harbor Freight employees at this location have been very helpful and welcoming. If a product is heavy, they will offer to help load it in your vehicle. This reminds me of "ma and pa" type shops where the workers are family and truly stand behind the company. This is one of my go-to tool stores.

Cant beat the prices, selection is good, and staff is friendly. Not all the tools are good quality but if you need a screw driver or sockets this is a great place. I have purchased several power tools that have done excellent over the years saws, drills, grinders ect.

Some really good values, some not. Think about what youre getting and really look at it first. There are quality tools there but you will pay more than the major markdowns that are also in the store.
