We have been keeping our eye on a Weber Genesis grill at Ace for some time now. We would stop in occasionally to make sure they still had the closeouts available. The staff was always extremely helpful, always checking the back room to let us know how many were left. We finally decided to buy the grill last weekend thirty minutes before closing. The staff was amazing and helped us get the exact color grill we wanted even though they had switch some parts around on the grills to do it. We were to have it delivered, for free, the following Friday. Due to crummy weather and a full schedule, I called them early Friday morning to say we could just come get the grill that weekend ourselves. Turns out, they had already loaded the truck with the grill and were ready to bring it to us. So, they popped over earlier than scheduled and dropped off our grill. The employees are extremely helpful and good natured. We had an extremely smooth and excellent buying experience from Ace. They really are "the place with the helpful hardware folks."

Longmont Ace is the weakest Ace in about a 15 mile radius. Its not a bad store, but it IS a lesser store, and the prices are obscene on many items. Its true that no one twisted my arm to buy something at 30% higher than it would generally sell for, but driving around to save a couple bucks is not a good use of time and gas. Feeling like Ive been had is not the best incentive to make return trips for other goods.

I really like this store since its close to where I live, and cuts down on my trips to the larger stores in the south end of town. I do however boycott them every year between Halloween and New Years. I know stores have to make money on the holidays, but this store has actually had Christmas decorations out the week before Halloween. I just cant take that anymore.

This is such a great store. My husband and I really enjoy visiting the store. The staff is very friendly. The prices are great. They have several unique items in the store. Plus, you can get the basic items as well. We believe this is one of the best stores in Longmont to visit. Marie and Greg Jordan

Completely disappointed that I was sold and paid for a product, went to pick it up and was told that I would be charged a completely different price. The manager on duty was rude and proceeded to question my character. Wont be doing business with you anymore.

Ace Hardware is the store to go to if you want real customer service. I was helped by Lance a couple months ago and he did an amazing job helping me figure out my irrigation system and was a great guy in general. Why go anywhere else?
